On this episode, CD Rose joins the show! CD Rose is an R&B artist and songwriter from the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. After injuring herself during basketball practice, she felt the need to switch hobbies and ultimately, she discovered her new passion for singing and creating music. She traveled to Atlanta and networked with the producers there to develop her sound. She met with Justice Baiden, one of the founders of LVRN, and was able to join a session with London on da Track. With Summer Walker being one of CD’s biggest influences, CD was not going to miss this opportunity. After her time in Atlanta, she released her debut project, “Take Your Own Advice”. A year later, she released her new single, “Tsunami” and is working on her next project. CD is ready to put herself out there. She is looking to represent the LGBTQ+ community in the R&B space. He picked up a piano, discovered that he enjoyed creating melodies, and that’s when he realized this was now his passion. After networking with multiple people in the music industry, Twizz was able to get placements with several mainstream artists. Now, he is on his way to LA to begin his college career.
