This episode I go over what I learnt from a video I watched on habit building making me realise why I have failed building certain habits over time and how you can tweak minor things in your life and make use of cues, rewards and minimums in your day to day life to build your positive habits.
Just an honest review of 2019 to be honest, how did that go, what I learnt from probably my toughest year so far but everything happens for a reason right? Hopefully by me sharing my experiences if you are going through anything similar to my journey or process then you can relate and just keep going and follow through.
