On  the last episode of T1Dialogues we had a chance to talk to Laura about living with diabetes, training for a career in Health Sciences and  hacking diabetes management through looping.

Laura is a patient advocate living with type 1 diabetes since 2007. She is  passionate about improving the lives of people living with diabetes by  addressing different topics ranging from patient involvement to education, health policies and beyond. She is currently getting a  Master's Degree in Health Sciences to deepen her knowledge of the  healthcare system and complement her own experience navigating the  system as a patient. In the future, she hopes to incorporate her studies  and her lived experience to address the unmet needs of people living  with diabetes. Amanda Ciprich – A dietitian's approach to developing healthier food habits
