It’s my favorite week of the year because I love fashion and seeing what’s fresh for next season. To kick off this month I am bringing you an interview with luxury fashion designer Sima Azadegan. Sima fled her country as a young girl to seek asylum in the United States. She had to learn an entire new way of life (and language!) as a teenage girl in a strange country. Through all of her experiences, she ended up designing a new brand Sima Collezione. Maybe you only heard of her recently, but Renée Ash quickly became a viral target of online hate after recently making headlines with PAGESIX.COM regarding her deceptive relationship with Monty Lopez, Father of famed TikToker, singer and actress Addison Rae. Renée is now ready to tell her side of the story- with no filter- detailing the aftermath of the pop culture frenzy surrounding the news break.   After the news hit, Renée was confronted with brutal online bullying, death threats, troll hate comments & more. I had the opportunity to talk with Renée to discuss the importance of mental health awareness and the destructiveness of cancel culture. I recently started to dip my toe in acting so I was really happy to sit with Gloria Garayua and talk about her new online coaching program "Acting For True Beginners".  Before we talked about her program though, Gloria told me stories about growing up as a young Latina in The Bronx, New York, how she got started in acting, and what it was like to travel abroad to film American television. Gloria also shared some of her greatest experiences with me and proudest moments acting alongside Glenn Close, Mila Kunis, Jim Carrey and (my favorite!) Matthew Gray Gubler.  We covered quite a lot in the interview and I can't wait for you all to hear it.
