My life is incredibly full right now and this episode we do a bit more unpacking together. I speak about how I'm choosing to let my art and business support me during this challenging time (spoiler: it's not financial support) and how I'm using my creativity to solve problems and pour my magic into all parts of this enormous project of moving my mom to memory care and selling our family home.  Thank you for being on this journey with me. I'm back with the second solo episode of the season and let me just say-- It is STRAIGHT FIRE. Fully downloaded from the divine, I'd say :) I speak about the incredible shifts currently happening in my life, from my husband's retirement to finally convincing my mom to move into supported living. (Can you feel that ENORMOUS sigh of relief?!) It all happened at the exact same moment in time. WILD. I talk about finding the joy inside the hard, alchemizing the pain, and trusting in myself to always be able to support my wellbeing no matter what comes my way. And above all, the ability to set a positive intention and hold that vision. As I've been thinking about the intersection of SPACE and Creativity lately, my personal life is being rocked with mental illness. Ohhhhh this one gave me chills as I sat down to record! In this episode, I share all the juicy details that I've dreamed up for Camp Coco, our forthcoming A-frame cabin we are planning to build here in the Lakes Region of Maine.
