June Events

There are many events in June that are disability related. The first event is with All Bodies Dance, who is having a video instillation on June 4th and 5th at the Roundhouse Community Centre, called Becoming. The second event is with Under The Table poetry, called More Beat Drop than Burial Hymn. They are featuring Stephen Lytton, a disability advocate and artist. This event is on June 5th at 221A Project Space. The third event is with FOLDA, which is live-streaming two plays that feature disability. The first play is called Reflections and Refractions. The second play is called The Mary Robbin Show. Both are live-streaming on June 7th. I interview the cast and crew for the Reflections and Refractions performance for the second interview. The fourth event is the Abilities Expo with Connectra and the Disability Foundation, which is on June 9th at the Roundhouse Community Centre. I interview Eric Molendyk from the Disability Foundation for the first interview. The last event in June 2025 is the InclusionBC conference, which is going to be held at the River Rock Casino and Hotel on June 19th to 21st.
