During a late night 5 hour recording session, Rick and Ronald barrel through the remaining Olympic events(some of which didn't make the episode) but they do talk in length about the incredible performances of Eliud Kipchoge, Sifan Hassan, and Elaine Thompson-Herah and the Jamaican Women's 4x100 meter team. The 4x400 finals, the Men's 4x100 final, and the 400 meter finals will be uploaded at a later date.
After losing his mother to ALS, Ronald honored his mother by running 2 New York City Marathons. He share is experiences from training to running to the after effects of running 26.2 miles. Enjoy this heartwarming story with a few laughs sprinkled throughout.
