THANKSGIVING PRAYER
Heavenly father, I come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I bless your holy name. I worship you. I honor you. I praise you. I thank you, lord, for the gift of life.
Lord, you're alpha. You're omega. You're the first and the last, the beginning and the end. There's no one like you. There's no one above you. Who is like you, Lord?
Lord, I thank you for the gift of salvation. Lord, I thank you that you disrobed yourself of all your magnificence and left heaven and your throne to come down to earth to live in the flesh as a man. You came down, Lord, and became flesh so you could take away the sins of the world, so you could take away my sins.
Father, I thank you that you lived and breathed, and you taught me. You taught me how to live. You taught me how to be more like you.
Father, I thank you. I thank you, Lord Jesus, for dying for me on the cross at Calvary. I thank you for nailing all the handwritten ordinances that were against me and contrary to me at the cross at Calvary.
Lord Jesus, I thank you for your mercy. I thank you for your grace. I thank you for dying, being buried, and resurrecting 3 days later. I thank you that you ascended into heaven and are seated at the right hand of my Heavenly father interceding for me. Every single day, Lord, you are always protecting me and defending me from the accuser who accuses us day night.
Lord, I thank you. I bless you. Who is like you? Who is above you? There is no one like you. You have the name above every other name so that at the mention of your name, every knee shall bow of things in heaven, things in earth, and things underneath the earth, and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God.
Father, I thank you. I thank you that you did not withhold your only begotten son from me. You did not think of withholding your Son, but loved me so much that you gave him as a sacrifice so that I could be reconciled to you.
What kind of love is like this? What kind of love is this? It's because of you that I understand what love is. It's because of you that I am learning what love is. Because what kind of love is this that will think nothing of giving up your Son for me?
Who can separate me from you, lord, who can separate me from you, lord, absolutely nothing. Absolutely no one can ever separate me from you.
Father, how can I serve you? How can I worship you? How can I honor you for every single thing that you have done for me?
Lord, before I was saved, before I called out your name, you were there looking after me, looking out for me, protecting me, guiding me, loving me, and just standing aside waiting for the day that I'd call out to you.
Father, I thank you for all the times you protected me, all the times you covered me even though I did not recognize you, even though I did not know your name, even though I did not call out to you, even though I bent my knees and bowed down to other gods, you were still there waiting for me like a prodigal daughter to come home to you into your arms. And my father, I thank you that the day I took one step forward to you, you took 10 steps forwards to me. I thank you, lord, for your love. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, your goodness, your mercy over my life. Thank you for the gift of salvation.
Thank you, lord, for delivering me, and I thank you for the restoration you're doing in my life. Father, I thank you. I honor you. I praise you who is like you. The ancient of days, the holy ones of the holy one of Israel, my redeemer, my maker.
You're called the God of the whole earth. My husband, my lover who is like you?. Absolutely no one. There's never a time that I've ever called out to you and you have not answered. There's never been a time when I have cried out to you and you have not answered.
So, Lord, I want to thank you today. I just want to thank you that I'm called by your name. I just want to thank you that I can say I'm the daughter of the most High, a Princes
