In this final episode I wanted to let you know what has motivated my decision and thank you for having been with me for the past 5 months.
Are you living your life on auto-pilot? doing things out of habit and never questioning if those actions are serving you or allowing you to create the life you want to live.
The opposite of living on auto-pilot is living intentionally which basically means that you are very aware of what you want your life to look like and you choose to only engage in activities that are in alignment with that life. no more mindless activities that are taking you nowhere.
I adopted this way of living a few years ago which is allowing me to live my best life and in this episode I give you 6 steps to help you do the same.

Description de l'épisode:
No matter who you are, you will have moments where you feel like you have no motivation to do anything at all. Even highly effective and successful people will have times when they feel a lack of motivation. However, the key is how you will deal with this “down” time that will keep you moving forward and achieve your goals.
In this episode, I share 4 tips that will help you overcome this lack of motivation.
From a very early age, Kathy Tropiano knew she was different. However, different doesn’t always fit into society’s mold so she lived many years wearing a mask to hide her true essence.
In this episode Kathy tells us how she was finally able to remove the mask and live her life full out and allow herself to tap into and listen to her intuition.

11 years ago I left the stability of a 22 year career in the government to devote all my time to my new business. Back then I didn’t really have an idea what I was doing and I had no business experience but I just knew it was the right decision. Sounds crazy right?
You can imagine the reaction I got from friends and family. The support was next to nothing, and people just didn’t understand what I was doing.
Does this sound familiar?
In today’s episode I want to explore this phenomenon of friends and family not being happy for us when we make positive changes in our lives and what you can do if it happens to you.

We've all done it. We scroll on Instagram and suddenly we find ourselves comparing our looks, our relationship, our financial success and our lifestyle with someone we don't even know. Comparison is the formula for misery and it will hold you back from achieving your full potential. In this episode, I tell you what to do next time you catch yourself comparing and how you can break the cycle.
