My book: Nonchalant Perfectionism
Brother #2 has arrived on Fred Talks, and it was a great conversation. We dive into Alex's psyche. The way thinks, the way he deals with it, and his ultimate self-awareness. I think you'll find yourself in his story. I know I did, and that's not just cause he's my brother. Alex inspired me to live at a higher level of a discipline as a means of self-actualization. I think you'll like this one. Or not, doesn't really matter to me.

Happy Mother’s Day to the greatest mom out there!
Everyone say hello to my mom! I love her and she has been the greatest support that I've ever had in my life. It was kind of weird at first to sit down with her, but I am glad I did and I learned a lot about her. I gained some new perspectives to have on life too. She's the best mom out there, and I think you'll see why.
Enjoy,
