Number 10 has apologised to the Queen over two parties held in Downing Street on the eve of Prince Philip's funeral.

The prime minister's spokesperson said it was "deeply regrettable that this took place at a time of national mourning".

In newly released video obtained by #ITV, It shows the Prime Ministers former spokesperson AllegraStratton joking about an alleged Christmas party that took place at Number 10. 

Thomas Hughes, was found guilty of manslaughter, while his partner Emma Tustin, 32, was convicted of murder after the death of the six-year-old boy. Arthur Labinjo-Hughes had been poisoned, starved and beaten in a campaign of "evil" abuse.
