Late 20's: Uncomfortable But Hella Fruitful - Part 1 - Episode Thirty Four

In this episode, I talk about what my late 20s have really looked like, uncomfortable but hella fruitful. I share how the experiences I’ve had since college, working, learning, and just figuring life out, have sharpened me into who I’m becoming. From relationships that had to change, to financial challenges, to building discipline and finding peace in chaos, I break down what it means to grow through discomfort.

Living in New York has tested me, but it’s also shown me that every season, even the hard ones, is shaping me for something bigger. This episode is all about learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and realizing that growth doesn’t always feel good, but it’s always worth it.

The Power Of Speaking Dope & Positive Energy Over Yourself - Episode 33

In this episode, I talk about the power of speaking positively to yourself even in moments where life or people try to test you. I share how I’ve learned to lean into self-love, affirmation, and intuition, especially when I know I’ve been showing up the right way.

I touch on a letter I received recently from someone I once had a deep connection with, and how it reminded me that when you move with genuine intention and character, respect always comes back around. I also discuss the 29 things I wrote to myself, which were reminders of who I am, what I stand for, and how I want to continue growing. This one’s about self-talk, accountability, and knowing you’re dope even when others forget to acknowledge it.

Leveling Up Through Fasting & Stillness - Episode Thirty Two

In this episode, I talk about a previous cycle of fasting and what it taught me about structure, flow, and self-discipline. I share how I’ve learned to build my days with more purpose and how fasting forced me to slow down, pay attention, and move with intention instead of chaos. This one’s about more than food; it’s about balance, self-control, mindset, and creating systems that keep me grounded. It’s a reflection on growth, on learning yourself through stillness, and finding power in routine when life feels unsteady. How has fasting been for you? Have you taken time to sit still with yourself and practice further self-discovery? Feel free to share with me!

How I View Clarity vs. Closure - Episode Thirty One

In this episode, I get real about the difference between clarity and closure. For a long time, I felt like I needed closure. Like somebody had to explain themselves or tie things up for me to move forward. But what I’ve learned is that closure comes in how people treat you, in the decisions they make, and in the situations that play out. That’s all the closure you really need. What I’ve actually been chasing is clarity. Trying to understand the “why,” trying to dig deeper into the lessons and into myself. I talk about leveling up through those moments, owning my own wrongdoings, and realizing that clarity isn’t something someone else gives you, but it’s something you pull from the experience.

Regret Ain’t My Language: How I Started Taking Control Of My Life - Episode Thirty

In this episode, I’m talking about something most people wrestle with but rarely unpack - regret.

I break down the difference between short-term regret and long-term regret, and why I personally don’t carry a regretful mindset. That’s not ego - that’s clarity. When you move with intention, make peace with your decisions, and stay honest with yourself, you learn - you don’t dwell.

Most people who live with heavy regrets never took control in the first place. They let life happen to them instead of stepping up and directing it. I talk about how I flipped that narrative, how I process lessons, and how I refuse to let my past define my present.

And here’s the real flex - It’s knowing the difference between something you could’ve changed and something life just threw at you. Regret comes from inaction. But pain? Tragedy? That ain’t the same. Some moments hit outta nowhere, no signs, no warnings, and that’s when grace has to meet reality. You don’t grow by regretting the hard shit…You grow by processing it with intention.

If you’re stuck in cycles of “what if” or “I wish I had” - this one’s for you. Regret doesn’t come from failure. It comes from staying passive when you had the chance to move.

The Only Way Out Is Through: Part 2 on Fighting Imposter Syndrome By Doing the Work - Episode Twenty-Nine

In Part 2, I go deeper, not just into the mindset, but into the actual work that’s helped me shrink imposter syndrome down. This episode is about the actions I’ve taken - putting myself out there before I felt ready, challenging the voice in my head, and proving to myself over and over that I’m really him.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning how to move even when you feel unsure. I talk about how I still check myself in the middle of doubt, how I’ve built evidence to silence it, and how every step forward makes that voice quieter.

This is for anybody tired of waiting to feel “ready.” At some point, you gotta decide to move, and let the confidence catch up later.

How I Cut Imposter Syndrome Down from 90% to 10% — And Why It’ll Never Fully Go Away Pt.1 - Episode Twenty-Nine

In this episode, I open up about my battle with Impostor Syndrome - not just in business, but with family, friends, and the pressure of constantly showing up. I’m not here to give you a packaged solution; I’m giving you what’s real.

I talk about what it felt like when Impostor Syndrome ran 80–90% of my mind and how that number dropped over time through real action, not just mindset work. From calling myself out to releasing content before I felt "ready," I break down how I’ve shifted my confidence, even as new levels bring new doubt.

This one’s not about being cured - it’s about learning how to move with it, shrink it, and show up anyway. Part Two continues the conversation on how I keep pushing myself forward in real time.

Growth Gets Lonely - But I'd Rather Move Alone Than Stay Stuck Pt.2 - Episode Twenty-Eight

In Part 2, I get even more personal. I dive into what it was like growing up without a strong crew of people pushing me forward. No older heads putting me on game, no mentors consistently checking in. Just me, a few real ones, and my self-discipline.

I talk about how that shaped me - how I was built differently because of it. The way I keep pushing myself through discomfort, challenge, and growth is when the world around me feels too stagnant or too quiet.

This one’s for the people who had to lead themselves. You ain’t crazy, you’re just growing past the noise.

Growth Gets Lonely - But I'd Rather Move Alone Than Stay Stuck Pt.1 - Episode Twenty-Eight

In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it feels like when you look around and realize — people ain’t moved. The weight, the habits, the mindset… same shit, different day.

I talk about how I’ve been learning to shape my mindset and challenge myself even when I feel disconnected from the people around me. Sometimes you’re still in the mix, talking to folks from your past, and it just hits you — nothing's changed but you.

This one’s for anyone trying to grow in environments that make you feel like you’re the only one who sees beyond the spectrum.

Leaning On Me: Moving Without Permission & Being In Control - Episode Twenty-Six

In this episode, I talk about the shift that happens when you stop waiting on people to show up for you and start showing up for yourself. From events to elevation, I had to realize that people's limitations have nothing to do with me. Their fear, their flakiness, their comfort zones? That’s them. But my journey? That’s me.

I dive into what it really looks like to take control, stop depending on others to validate or join you, and move forward even when you gotta do it solo. It's about trusting your instincts, building with what you've got, and knowing that everything you need is already within you.

"God Got Me” Ain’t a Cop-Out - It’s a Call to Get Moving - Episode Twenty-Five

In this episode, I’m diving into a phrase I hear all the time - “God’s got me.” And while I fully believe that’s true, I also believe a lot of folks are using it the wrong way.

I’m a firm believer in God. And I’d like to think the way I move, how I show up, and how I treat people reflect that. But let’s be real, saying “God got me” has become a safety net for some people to avoid dealing with hard truths or to create a false image of themselves. It becomes a way to stay comfortable, to sound deep - but never do deep.

And the truth is: you can’t skip the journey. You can’t pray away the work you refuse to do — because your life will continue to reflect that. You’ll just become another voice talking without seeing changes beyond social media performance.

I’m not looking to be perfect, never have been. Though people have tried placing that on me. That’s why I speak out loud, in real time, and fall in love with being misunderstood. Because that’s where the real growth happens, when you stop hiding behind faith and start aligning with it.

God’s got you, yes - but DO YOU got YOURSELF?

If you’ve ever used faith as a crutch instead of a compass, or you’re tired of watching people stay stuck while acting “covered,” this one’s for you. This episode is about authenticity, growth, and calling out complacency in the name of faith.

I Did a Social Media Experiment… And Y’all Proved My Point😅 - Episode Twenty Three

In this one, I had to get in my bag and talk my shit.

I just dropped some cold photos, and people finally woke up, but it’s wild how folks don’t see the months of work, the grind, the consistency. It took a caption that sounded like I was insecure to get y’all’s attention? That’s a slap in the face.

This episode breaks down the truth behind my post, how I used it as a social media experiment to show how people stay quiet when you’re building, but pop up when they think you’re down bad.

It ain’t about the views. It’s about the principle. And I’m here to let y’all know: don’t get it twisted. I’ve been working. And this is just the warm-up.

How I Acquired the Sauce And Let Women Come to Me (Real Confidence, No Performance!) - Episode Twenty-Two

This episode isn’t about game—it’s about personal growth and how I’ve leveled up to become the man I am today. I break down how I built real confidence over time and the barriers I had to push through, especially rejection, disappointment, and the moments that made me question myself when it came to attraction and self-worth.

I learned I didn’t need to chase—my presence speaks louder than words. I stepped away from spaces and people that made me feel like I had to flex or perform just to get a woman’s attention. I stopped shrinking the weight of my experiences. Now, I move with purpose, and when you carry that kind of energy, the right people feel it instantly.

Fellas, women will show up for you, express themselves, and open up in ways most men may never get to experience.

If you’re a man focused on growth, or a woman curious about how a grown man really moves… this one’s for you.

Whether you’re a person grinding through life, or someone stuck in a cycle of work and stress, this episode is a reminder: your joy, your outlet, your spark—it matters. Don’t let the world steal that from you.

I break down what real, emotional, vulnerable conversations between men actually sound like, not performative, but honest. This one’s for the men who’ve been doing the work… even if nobody sees it.
