Their resumes speak for themselves... both are dual premiership winners, both played over 300 games for the Sea-Eagles, they represented their state and their country, and both were ultimately inducted into the NRL Hall of Fame in 2018. In this episode Maroon speaks to Cliffy and Beaver about the origins of their careers and signing with Manly, including the connection both had to the North Sydney Bears (02:00). They then delve into the Manly & Norths rivalry and the tumultuous merger between the two clubs when they competed under the Northern Eagles banner in the early 2000's (06:40). Beaver reflects on his last match for the Sea-Eagles, the 2008 Grand Final romping of the Melbourne Storm, and that fairy-tale try in the dying minutes of the match ... and then his career post Manly (16:50).
