We are what we think. This is such good news, because it means that when we look at our thoughts, we get to choose. We can sift through them, we can keep the ones that serve us and let go of the ones that don't. We can refine, shift, and change our identity based on who we want to be. We get to be someone different if we choose to be. Many of us are on autopilot... We're not actively thinking about what we think. But what if we decided to think differently? What if we chose an identity on purpose? That little line got my attention, so I stayed, and then he changed it to, 'Actually, I don’t mind if you scroll.' That shift felt important, and it moved me to think about the idea of 'I don’t mind' from a social media perspective...how freeing it can be to show up and share, without attaching to how it’s received. From there, I tell you about the rest of his TikTok, where he goes on to share the story behind his song, 'Let Life Love You' the inspiration, the meaning, and some thoughts around creativity and what it means to be a vessel for what wants to come through us. A 3-minute Tik Tok.... that really made me reflect on the beauty of letting go of control and letting life do its thing. To wrap things up, for my Apple people, I mention the 'Remember This' shortcut. Don't 'sleep' on this. a simple, beautiful tool to help you mark and hold on to the moments you don’t want to forget. It’s become one of my favorite ways to collect gratitude and NOT forget this one beautiful life just keeps on giving.

I Don’t Mind if You Listen (or Not)
In this episode, I share about a TikTok that made me pause mid-scroll—a moment where someone said, “I don’t care if you scroll past' That little line got my attention, so I stayed, and then he changed it to, 'Actually, I don’t mind if you scroll.' Stop Romanticizing Other Peoples [Fill in the Blank]
Inspired by a TikTok that stopped me in my scroll. Stop romanticizing other people’s lives and start romanticizing your own. We often look at others and see all the ‘perfect’ things they have. But nothing is perfect. What you see isn’t everything that is. Today I talk about how this shows up in creativity, websites, our work… how we keep looking out instead of in. And how maybe the real magic is in loving what we already made. Because the fact that we get to create at all — is a gift. ♡

Season Five | Ep 21 Gathering Evidence
This episode begins with a story. A heartbreaking moment in our small town that left me shaken—and deeply grateful. It reminded me of my family’s own experience with addiction and the quiet miracle that changed everything. That story leads into the idea that sparked this episode: a simple thought from a TikTok—collect evidence. Evidence of progress. Of courage. Of becoming the version of ourselves we want to be. Not for performance. Not for productivity. But as a gentle, grounded way to re-see ourselves. This one’s tender and real. I hope it offers a soft place to land and a reminder that growth is already happening—one small action at a time.
