2023 has came to a close and, while there wasn’t much being delivered to the channel for the last 90 days, it was a great year. There were plenty of uploads, consistent audio episodes and new videos dropping.
This next year is filled with even more content. Enjoy this short update.
Gaming and podcasts are two things I absolutely love. It would only make sense that, on episode 40 of the podcast, I talk about my favorite gaming podcasts. Enjoy.
Being a gamer and streaming practically go hand in hand. At one point I loved streaming and it was my reason for playing games. Now? Well, Enjoy this episode.
One of favorite things to watch is Speedrunning competitions or events. It likens itself to a time in my childhood when I had no save button so I had to try and complete as much of a game as I could. I guess it was the early makings of being a speedrunner. Enjoy this episode.
Every year The Game Awards airs and showcases all of the great games that have came and been a part of Gamers lives. As we look back in this episode of all the previous great titles, one can only wonder what great game will win this year and more importantly, what is on the horizon to be the next great title?
Video game magazines are one of my favorite parts of gaming culture. The stories, the inside peek at the development process and the preview and review of games coming out. So many great magazines have came and went and with a few remaining, it is important to remember why they rule!
Being a gamer, to me, meant having a console with some of my favorite games. Now I have the consoles and the PC but does having a PC matter these days? With all the games that come out being accessible on most platforms doesn't it make it pointless to have a PC?
I always loved exploring in an open world game. Also the side quests and the characters made it a whole new world to experience and be a part of. Do they have the same impact these days and what makes them great?
PAX EAST just came to a close, along side GDC. Dreamhack San Diego is right around the corner with E3 and Summer Game Fest. It is safe to say the game conventions have returned. Is this good or bad? I, for one, think it is great great and more great. Enjoy the topic on this episode.
Games, games, games, games, and more games. It seems like it is hard out here for a gamer. Trying get caught playing these games. Alas, the backlog will never end. In fact, I'd say it is a losing battle. Enjoy this episode.
To the average consumer, a game score provides validation of either a game being purchased and played or avoided. Do they really matter, though? On this episode, we talk about whether or not game scores are as important as they are made out to be.
