A lot has changed for me in the past year and a bit, from an expectation of moving to Spain and building a dream to watching it all crumble before my very eyes with nothing I could do.
Now I am here again, rebuilding from the ground up, quite literally. This is part 1 of what happened in those first months, how I developed anxiety, an eating disorder and an extreme disconnect between myself and my husband.
