Secret Pour-igins: Gin Cocktail: Killer Poodle Ingredients 2 ounces gin 1/2 ounce lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 6 mint leaves 3 cucumber slices tonic water Garnish Cucumber Mint Sprig Instructions In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber, mint and simple syrup until the cucumber offers no more resistance. Fill the shaker with ice, then pour in the lime juice and gin. Shake until the cocktail is thoroughly chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain the mixture over ice into a Collins or rocks glass.
