This episode was very exciting. My guests today were Jack Coultas and Chris Sommer from the Germany-based alternative rock band The Raccoons. We had a really cool discussion about the band's new album "A Stroll Across a Different Universe", the power of emotion in music, and the genius of Queen and The Beatles. I hope you enjoy it.

This episode was recorded with Simon Darnley, who is Head of Nursing at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. It was an eye opening conversation about mental health and some of the best bits and challenges that Simon faces in his role. We also talked about music and gigs, and Simon was a delight to have on the show. I hope you enjoy listening to this episode.
In this episode, I spoke to Kieran Joseph James, founder of the music blog website OriginalRock.net. We spoke about Kieran's beginnings in music journalism, and how he interviewed Scouting for Girls at the Foodies Festival in Winchester. It was a really fun interview to record, and I am grateful to Kieran for being a part of it. I hope you enjoy listening to it!
Massive thanks to Dyllan Nacario for helping set up the interview.

Hello everyone, this is just a midnight ramble about a few things that are on my mind. It's pretty raw and unfiltered, I hope that you enjoy listening to it.
In this episode, I interviewed Gavin Miller from the electronica music project (worriedaboutsatan). He was playing a show at Cafe Kino in Bristol, which was where the interview also took place. It was a fascinating discussion about the creative process of his music, his influences, and football rivalries! There is also plenty of talk about Radiohead, who I discovered we're both big fans of too. His girlfriend Sophie also makes an appearance too, which is pretty awesome. I hope you enjoy listening to it!
Big thanks to Tom Honey for sorting out the interview, and thank you also to Tom, Rob and Ben for taking me along to Bristol for the day.

Music documentaries have always been a big part of my life because I find them very fascinating. In this podcast episode, I will be talking about three music documentaries that have the potential to be very exciting this year. They are documentaries about Brian Eno, Avicii, and Towers of London! I hope that you enjoy it.
This is a solo ramble episode about how to cope when you're anxious. I talk about some things that help me when I am stressed or overwhelmed and give you ideas to help you as well. I hope that you enjoy listening to it.
Hello and welcome back to the long-awaited return of The Ermis Show. In this episode, I have a returning guest - Tom Honey from Good Weather For An Airstrike. We recorded this episode all the way back in August last year at the Mucky Duck pub in Winchester (the same place where we recorded the very first episode). In this episode, we speak about Good Weather For An Airstrike's recent album, 'Kenopsia', his side project Verified Daddies, music production, and how we found the pandemic and lockdowns.
I hope that you enjoy listening to it, and you can expect to hear more from The Ermis Show very very soon!
Hello everyone, on my latest episode, I am joined by my good friend Chris Burford, who's the singer and screamer of the metalcore band I, The Ruin. Me and Chris were both coursemates at the University of Portsmouth where we studied Music and Sound Technology. On the show, we talked about how I, The Ruin formed, the best shows they played, and some of the bands that they have supported. But it was also a really awesome catch up about some of the metalcore shows we saw a few years ago, and also about seeing bands in other countries. This episode was really fun to record, and I hope you enjoy listening to it!

This episode was with Bryony Williams, a very talented singer-songwriter. We spoke about her latest EP 'State I'm In' and also the work she does with the fanzine Grrrl Groan in promoting women and non-binary artists. We recorded the conversation over Zoom and it was really inspiring, I hope you enjoy it!
This is my favourite episode I've done so far because I recorded it with one of my best friends Jack Darnley. We spoke about our experiences with autism, his experiences with it, and his specialist subjects. It was a really inspiring conversation and I hope that you enjoy listening to it!
So this is a ramble episode. I got inspired by a video I saw that made me look at myself a different way, and I want to do the same to you in this podcast. I hope you enjoy listening to it.
Hello everyone, I decided to do something different. I really like colours, and one of my favourite colours is green. In this episode, I'm going to talk about why I love green and what it means to me. I hope you enjoy it.
The artwork is a green backdrop I took when I went on a walk.
I thought that 2020 brought us some great music so as a bit of fun, here are my albums of the year. These albums are the ones I've enjoyed listening to the most, and were worthy inclusions in my top ten.
The artwork was taken while i was outside in my garden to represent a new year and a new dawn.
The podcast is available to listen to on all the usual places. I really hope you enjoy it!

Hello, so in this episode, I interviewed my good friend Lorin Forster, singer/guitarist of Weekend Recovery, and also a solo artist. It was the first time I used Zoom to record the interview so that was really exciting and easy to use. Weekend Recovery are one of my favourite bands, and they put on an awesome show.
This interview was a new approach for me. The questions were based on a set of interviews that Billie Eilish gave to Vanity Fair, where they asked her the same questions every year to see if her ideas and opinions had changed. Lorin suggested this, I thought it was a great idea. I realised during the conversation that Lorin was warm, funny, engaging, and outspoken. I loved how we bounced ideas off each other, and it was a really enjoyable chat. I hope you enjoy listening to it.

In my very first solo episode, I'm talking about two songs which I've adored this week. They are 'Princess Video' by Charmpit and 'Primrose' by Dream State. Both of these songs have a really important meaning to me, and they're some of my favourite songs of the year. They both touch upon serious subjects and are equally fun to listen to. I hope that you enjoy the episode, it was a lot of fun to record!
