Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) Comes to America and a Federal Judge Says It's Legal! A federal judge in Michigan strikes down a law passed by Congress that bans the barbaric practice. Muslim extremist fanatics are now free to cut off the genitals of little girls with razor blades. Was the 1996 law banning FGM unconstitutional, or is the Judge who struck it down insane? **FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION & THE OPPRESSION OF WOMEN**
Female genital mutilation (fgm) has been imported from Muslim countries into the U.S.
Morgan claims FGM is also commonly practiced by Christians. Jim shoots down this intentional disinformation.
Jim says he’s an empiricist and that if any idea of his is disproven by facts, he will change his opinion.
Muslims practice fgm because they think it will prevent adultery because women will get no pleasure from sex. This is because in Muslim culture women are the property of men and sex is only for the man’s pleasure, a detail that western femininsts haven’t noticed. Jim says that if Muslim men could learn how to pleasure and satisfy their women they wouldn’t need fgm.
Morgan calls fgm female circumcision, but Jim sets her straight.
Defendants in Detroit case were charged with cutting off the genitals of seven little girls. But the Judge held that the 1996 federal statute banning fgm was unconstitutional. So he let go the barbarians who did this.
Why did the federal courts suddenly discover the 10th amendment only when it applies to fgm? The 10th amendment says that the federal government only has the powers delegated to it by the Constitution and all other powers remain in the states. But other than banning fgm, the courts let the federal government do whatever it wants.
Why didn’t the court find that these little girls have a Constitutional right not to have their genitals mutilated by insane adults?
Why does the state of Michigan allow Muslims to cut off the genitals of little girls? What other states allow this barbaric practice? Are the police and state officials afraid to prosecute Muslims because of political correctness?
Cutting off part of a person’s body is a felony known as “mayhem,” or “aggravated assault.” FGM clearly is mayhem. It’s appalling that the states aren’t protecting little girls from this brutal assault.
Do you have a right to shoot someone if necessary to prevent them from maiming little girls with this barbaric practice?
Are we in America going to let Sharia Law triumph over the United States Constitution?
Violent Muslim extremists didn’t hijack their religion. Violence is their religion!
Jim accuses Morgan of racism because she constantly vilifies white men.
Morgan says women are oppressed by men, by society, and by law.
Jim asks what laws oppress women and Morgan can’t name any.
Jim points out that women are in the majority, and asks Morgan what’s stopping her from rising to the top of corporate America if that’s what she wants.
Jim asks Morgan, “What’s your point?” Morgan responds, “What’s your point?” Jim retorts, “My point is what’s your point?”

Really ladies? So you’re delicate little flowers who wilt if a man tells a dirty joke, but you claim to be equal? Does this woman look oppressed?
Militant feminists believe that white heterosexual men oppress everyone else, (i.e. women, people of color, gays, and every variety of gender on the “non-binary gender spectrum”). Look out white guys, they’re mean as hell and they want to take us down.
The media loved Obama. Unlike Trump, he was smooth, polished, and articulate. His messaging was always disciplined. His speeches were filled with euphonious phrase-mongering and empty meaningless rhetoric that made his followers and the media swoon. Trump is the opposite. He's a loud-mouthed braggart who shoots from the hip, talks like a plumber, and doesn't hesitate to attack his foes with crude insults. The media hates him.
The only advantage Trump has over Obama is that Trump's policies have been good for America. Obama never lost an opportunity to weaken the U.S. and strengthen our enemies. He supported anti-American Muslim extremists. He damaged our economy with high taxes and anti-business regulations. Trump, on the other hand, has made America strong again in foreign affairs, and rejuvenated our economy. But these things aren't important. To the shallow, superficial people in the media, style is what matters, and they hate Trump for his style as much as they loved Obama for his.
Although some of Trump's policies have been successful, one thing he'll never do is drain the swamp. The Deep State abides, and neither Donald Trump or anyone else will ever dismantle it.

Portland City Council wants to give $350,000 grants to non-profits fighting hate crimes. This Motherhood & apple pie. (Motherhood no longer sacrosanct). Another euphonious idea no one can oppose. Who wants to say they favor hate crimes?
2 problems:
1. Politicians hand out money to non-profits, in the name of fighting hate crimes. The Non-profits return the favor and Support those politicians who help the non-profit by giving them ever larger doses of taxpayer money. Example: planned parenthood. We should De-fund Planned Parenthood. Then de-fund all other non-profits & churches. When liberals are in power they give taxpayer money to Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton. Conservatives give taxpayer money to Jerry Falwell & Pat Robertson. All crooked. All part of cesspool.
2. Hate crimes. “Thought crimes.” 1984.

Healthcare – Conservatives in Contradiction. Conservatives can’t win argument by saying we should let people die in the streets. Want to support free market in healthcare, but that ship has sailed.
Other contradiction: Obamacare. Republicans want to get rid of individual mandate but keep pre-existing conditions. Can’t have one w/out the other. If there's no individual mandate but ins. co’s are required to cover pre-existing conditions no one will buy insurance until they get sick. Insurance Compnaies will go out of business.

This week’s show has Jim inviting his brother, Bill Greenfield, a prominent Philadelphia psychologist, onto the podcast as a guest.
Just to shake things up, producer Stuart Rice decided to add a feature to the show to allow for call-ins from listeners of the show. For some reason, all of the callers had questions about cars, so Jim and Bill spend the first part of the show trying to help people with their car issues. The biggest issue? The two of them do not know anything about cars.
Next on the plate is Jim asking his brother about his theories on Donald Trump, which Jim takes issue with because he isn’t doing as bad as Jim thought he was going to be. Bill worries that Trump has a mental disorder and should be evaluated.
Trump pulled out of the Paris Climate Accord, and the media lost its mind. Jim believes the media’s response has been over-the-top. Jim complains that there has not been enough discussion about science. The two discuss this at great length.
