Life is something that we go through every day. Yet, sometimes moving through out life can be hard. We go through life every day, as those days make mountains we still don't have all the answers. However, asking yourself "is this more harm or help" will guide us in the proper direction. This is a question that fits any scenario, any circumstance. Working on ourself is something that we sometimes forget to do. sometimes we look at it as something bad when its the best form of art!

In this episode, we talked about Standing up for whats right, standing up against the wrong; when we notice a pattern of a lot of either of the two then we have stand up for changes. To often someone does not stand up for themselves and or pass by when some one is a victim of chaotic circumstances. Lets stand up together.
