Often times we don’t understand how important awareness of our own mindset, experience, breathing, and life is. However, it is extremely important to be able to take the time to become aware of everything that we need, everything that we don’t need, everything that we have, everything that we want. Here I go into detail about a personal experience that created a visceral response. I understand that as a mother and as a parent that we have our right to protect our children, when that right is taken away from us he can be a gut wrenching experience. If we can all take this opportunity to recognize the children, and our children’s children are the generation of our future and that it’s extraordinarily important that we educate them on their emotional responses, their cognitive behaviour as well as the logic behind decisions. Understanding your own patterns and understanding what you can do if you are a bleeding empath. The importance of our boundaries are ones that get overlooked very easily, we often are afraid to set them up because we don’t want to live in a world of guilt or shame. But boundaries are the one thing that allows us to regain our self-worth, and regain our self-care. If we always give give give and give away we will never be able to receive the true gift which is our own ability to care for ourselves. Hopefully there are some titbits and nuggets in here that allow you to fully explore who you are and what you might need in order to help heal your body mind and soul.
In this episode we understand and begin to understand limiting believes that have held us in a state of grief. A place where perhaps our parents were not there to Console us.
