Understanding personal boundaries is vital for not just the employee as an individual but also employers, colleagues and all professional and personal relationships.
In this episode, Leah Lambart is back for her second episode on the show to unpack the importance of boundaries and how we set them and hold people to them. In the age of technology and hybrid work, it can be more and more difficult to establish these as, for many people, we want to please our customers, colleagues and family.
With all of these areas competing for our attention, we often put ourselves last, no matter what our industry is.
Leah brings the latest Seek Research into the conversation and unpacks the themes we are seeing in the modern workforce. You can follow her updates on LinkedIn and explore her website here.
