Emeka recently partnered with the US department of state to run Nigeria's first Disability Hackathon - which featured 31 student-led teams in a 5-day marathon series of App innovation, prototyping, and testing, aimed at creating market viable technology solutions for persons with disability. Three Participating teams won the sum of 1 million Naira to develop their solution. Emeka is a recipient of numerous awards and prizes for his contribution to the development of the entrepreneurship eco-system in Nigeria including the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship, an initiative of the US State Department for emerging young African leaders.
In 2019, Emeka worked with Coca Cola on the Global Project  " Youth Empowered " which impacted over 5000 young people across 6 Universities. Currently, he is working with several university partners to help set up entrepreneurship labs and entrepreneurial spaces on campuses for innovative students to access practical entrepreneurship & employability education, business mentoring, funding opportunities, and various forms of support.
