After the dust and air horns settled, we locked in to watch the 2008 masterpiece by Christopher Nolan - "The Dark Knight." We spoke to the SoFlo Creative King about science raps, Hamilton(s), old MTV shows, fighting fish and Austin Reaves. We also need all the help possible in finding EVAN! We went to the Sacred Aviary and uncaged the Messiah of All Birds & the "BIRD JESUS" himself... CLASSIC VIC SAN GERMAN lll joins The 3LEST!!! We kick the episode off with Billy doing play-by-play on a Panthers game... VAMOS GATOS! After the game wraps up, we prepare for liftoff with our movie, the sci-fi/action blockbuster - "Armageddon." We talk to Vic about some SoFlo sports, Danhausen, reveal some Disney & Marvel ***spoilers*** and Party Boy makes an appearance. J.R. can't stop laughing this episode. Scott Stapp returns to The 3LEST for the first time since SZN;1. We relive Game 6 of the HEAT vs. Spurs series... IYKYK. This was one for the memory books for sure!!! Speaking of FAMILY FEST, shoutout to Steve Stowe, the Miami HEAT and the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund for having us at the Miami HEAT Family Festival! It was an honor & a privilege to be out there - Thank you all! And a major THANK YOU to our guests for this episode!!! We got family in the building on this one, as we bring in two guests and they bring in two guests! Standing Room Only in The Stu on this one! We were joined by the Boss Lady @ BARBAKOA by Finka, and the young bartender extraordinaire - both ruled the courts in their respective sports: ANA G. LLERA & MANNY PINEIRO join The 3LEST!!! Shoutout to the +1's, Big AL & SEBAS5000... Salute! This was a fun episode where we get to talk about international ping-pong, the restaurant biz, traveling and Bad Bunny. On the background for entertainment, we had the 2011 romance/drama - "One Day." We followed that up by watching "Manny's biopic," the 1983 crime/drama classic - "Scarface." Another great time spent with fam in The Stu. 3PISOD3___38 packed the house with family vibes. Back in Sosa's Corner... LORD SOSA makes his return! And to his right, we were joined by the brother of the guest of honor (spoiler alert) - MARVIN "THE MARANTULA" JOHNSON kicks it in The Stu. So if Marvin is one brother, the guest of honor had to be the big little brother... AARON JOHNSON joins The 3LEST! We talk to the 'Papi of Protein' about his health journey, from playing sports to studying biology. He takes us through his life from his beginnings in Plantation, to University school, all the way to UCF and back. We relive some memories from HEAT camp, LIV and pharmacy school. In the background, we play the 2006 comedy-drama classic, "Devil Wears Prada." To follow that one up, we put Aaron on game on threw on the 2006 action-crime movie, "Miami Vice." Aaron fills us in on the absolutely amazing work he has been doing with the Aaron Johnson Scholarship. Proud of him and his team for all the incredible work they have done and we are looking forward to see how far they'll go. We can't thank the fam enough for coming through and educating & inspiring us.

3PISOD3___37Ā brings in one of our sisters to celebrate WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH. We were privileged and honored to be joined by a queen... not a duchess, but a QUEEN! For the second time on the show, but for the first time in The Stu; our guest made her presence felt... the queen - BRITTANY LUE-CHOY joins The 3LEST! This was a crash course on all things fun from beginning to end and we are grateful we got to catch up with our sister. On this episode we talk about life at UCF, dancing with the HEAT, talking tea, traveling to China and BeyonceĢ. As for our entertainment, we watched the 2007 sci-fi/horror classic - "I Am Legend" right before we dove into 2006 musical/family flick - "The Cheetah Girls 2." I told you we had a good time! We are grateful for our time with BRITT W/ TWO T's and cannot wait to see all the amazingness she will accomplish!
