So here it is. From start to finish. Hear our birth story, from how and when Miranda's waters (sort of) broke, the induction, infection, epidural that followed, all the way through to the moment Penny came into the world. We've even given you a little clip of the moment it happened, tissues at the ready guys.

Overall we feel so lucky our birth story was a happy one, filled with love, support and incredible midwives. Naturally, in true Tristan and Miranda style, we're speaking very candidly so just be aware of that if you are currently pregnant and due to give birth soon. It's raw, it's real and it's magical.

This one is a big milestone for us... the NHS say that once you are 24 weeks pregnant, you reach the point of viability, where they'll do everything they can to help a baby if it comes early. We're VERY excited to be here and feel so lucky to have all of your support.

We also run through Miranda's second trimester symptoms, and fill you in on a few little bits that have been going on since we last spoke.
