This is how I, a practicing lawyer in Canada, with a full-time job and a family, studied for, and passed, the February 2024 California bar exam. Since I posted that I passed the California Bar Exam, I have had a lot of people asking how I did it and what resources I used. These are valid questions as I was shocked by the size and scope of the bar prep industry in the US. To be honest, it was overwhelming at the start and I spent almost a month just figuring out how to study and what materials to spend my money on. So, to help out other, here is the approach I took.

With the recent collapse of FTX and other centralized crypto exchanges, I keep hearing calls that crypto needs to go back to being decentralized. I understand the argument and agree with it to a certain point. However, if we want crypto to reach mass adoption, it needs to be accessible and usable by the populous. This populous likes the ease of centralized exchanges. So, what is some low-hanging fruit that regulators can look at to make centralized exchanges safer?
