When Katie Martin fell off a horse, the doctors told her that she'd never be able to run again. But after a long journey of physio and rebuilding her strength, she ran her first marathon in 2023.


In this extended interview, Kayla and Katie discuss Katie's gym fear that stopped her from pushing her body, the hilarious story of how they met and how Katie became a Sweat trainer, the birth control Katie convinced Kayla to try, and Katie's ongoing gut health journey that resulted in an emergency colonoscopy.
