Welcome to Sumayya's Sensory Kitchen - Trailer

Hello Cooks!

The Sensory Kitchen is a new podcast that celebrates the art of living life and cooking with instinct -

Hosted by me, Sumayya Usmani, a broadcaster, food writer, teacher and cook - together we  discover together how easy it is to become a better, more confident and experimental cook merely by trusting the flavour in your hands rather than written recipes. We will chat to other cooks, both novice and experienced and be encouraged by each other to cook more mindfully and effortlessly. We will also talk to people who have learnt to live life trusting their instinct generally, helping them find happiness and contentment. I will share my stories and tips along the way too!

The Sensory Kitchen is a space for sincere discussions filled with delicious recipes, helpful tips and endearing stories about comfort and non-conformity.
