Do you suffer from a mental illness? Do you feel like no one understands, or are alone in your journey? I’m here to let you know you aren’t. My podcast is going to be raw, real, and explain what we go through on a daily basis. Our struggles, but also our strengths as well. I’ve suffered from mental illness since I was a young child, and still going strong with it. Doing this podcast will help me know I’m not alone either. You aren’t your mental illness, you have one. Let’s get through this together, and build up on one another. Even in darkness, we can still have that lingering hope.
