It's time a stick a fork in a few seasons as Charles, Gordon, Jamie and  Paul discuss how ‘forked’ or done several teams in the NFL are. Is there any way back for Tyler Shough and the Saints? Do you agree with us? who, if anyone in the list do you think we're underestimating and who should have been included!

Paul speaks to Chicago Bears fan Adam Blackmore, a fellow BBC football commentator, about his love of the NFL, broadcasting here and in the USA, comparing our football and the NFL and what would be Adam's dream NFL matchup to cover.

The team get together to review all the week 7 results and headlines, starting with a thrilling TNF game where the Steelers offence was thriving while the defence wasn't surviving!  We discuss the major issues in New Orleans, Miami and Tennessee as Rattler, Tua and Cam all struggle to get things going. The Chiefs look to be fully back and of course we get Jamie's views on that wild game in Denver!

The Titans make Brian Callahan the first head coach to be fired, Jaxson Dart impresses, and the Carolina Panthers are making some waves. Charles, Gordon and Paul meet up to reflect on all the action over the weekend, including a look back at our week 1 event at Top Golf in Glasgow.  We run through the games so share some of our thoughts on all the headlines from an eventful opening Sunday, before Gordon and Ian then meet up early on Tuesday morning to cover the MNF headlines.  Who surprised us, who let us down and who has issues seeing out games.

Cameron, Charles, Gordon and Jamie sit down one last time before the season starts as we put our neck and professional reputations on the line with some hot takes and predictions for the 2025 season.  We wonder who the conference champions might be, who will win the Super Bowl, consider the names for the individual awards then put forward our takes, both hot and some not!

Charles, Ian and Plau meet up to complete our pre-season deep dive series as we wrap them up by looking at the NFC West. We look in detail at the significant changes in Seattle, wonder if they've got better or worse from free agency then discuss where they might have landed well from the draft.  We then look at the other teams in the division before sharing our thoughts on the final order, before turning our attention to the Cowboys and wonder what on earth Jerry was thinking??!!

Charles and Paul meet up for our penultimate pre-season deep dive as the New York Jets are set for a bounce back season.  We look at the new Quarterback and ask what he'll bring as well as the challenges he'll face as well as looking at the talent who have been paid in this offseason as we wonder where the Jets need to land for the season to be a success....and where we think they will end up!

Cameron, Charle, Gordon and Jamie continue our deep dives with an in depth look at the NFC South and the Carolina Panthers.  Do we have high hopes for the perpetually poor Panthers or believe this is the coming of age for Canales in Carolina? We also review the other teams as the Falcons and Buccs are firmly in the conversation, while the Saints fans might just be hoping for a full 2025 hibernation! 

Charles, Ian, Jamie and Paul are together for our next deep dive as we turn our attention to the AFC North.  This time we're looking at the Pittsburgh Steelers as they come into the season with the oldest starting QB and one of the youngest offensive lines in the league.  Changes in the running and receiving room could tell, but how good could that defence be?   

Ian, Jamie and Paul continue our deep dives with a focus on the NFC East and the Cowboys.  Was the head coach choice the correct call? Where are the Cowboys lacking and where are they stacking?  We also look round the other teams before we commit to who'll work out as winners!!
