The Gouchy Ladybug invites another ladybug for a fight and then decides to discard the plan as the other ladybug was not big enough and worth fighting. He travels throughout the world and challenges for a battle with larger animals but each time changes the plan considering their big size. He went back to where he came from and decided to have what is left by the friendly ladybug.

The story is about the very hungry caterpillar written by Eric Carle. It is one of my son's (Carl) favorite bed time stories. A small caterpillar emerges from an egg and begins eating everything in sight. Finally, it is no longer hungry and no longer small. The big, fat caterpillar builds a cocoon around himself and finally emerges as a beautiful butterfly.
