Hello and welcome to our latest episode where today we are discussing three games in a row we have battled back to earn a point but is this a good sign or a worrying one? Why are we unable to attack and beat teams? It feels as though our focus is so much on defending where as under Ange it was all too attack... and yet, in competitive games Ange finished last season with the exact same record (goals scored and conceded) as Thomas Frank has started this one. Are we better? Are we worse? Are we the same but in a different way? I do not know the answer yet but that is our discussion for this week... amongst other things including a loan chat.

Like I ordered the food, I paid for the food, you said it would be an hour.. not hard to do it or call me and say 'hey where is your house, or we are running late sorry' but no, silence and I just wait... ignore me, I am 'hangry' ... On the show we talk about the comeback against Brighton being a good result and a test passed but new tests on the horizon with two games we SHOULD be winning but is it ever that easy being Tottenham? Hope you are all having a good day... except my delivery driver with my food... I hope he or she stands on lego barefoot every day for a month after this ffs

Welcome back after the international break as we have two games to talk about today, firstly our win over West Ham (who were AWFUL) and our return to the Champions league with a victory over Villarreal. Our disagreement over Thomas Frank continues and we look ahead briefly to Brighton as we wonder once again how we will face that team... who will start etc... So, this show was well planned. Welcome to our podcast where for the first time since we launched this show we are celebrating a trophy... we have had finals and defeats, we have had nearly runs in the league since we started but this is it, the first trophy and its safe to say we do not actually know how to act... On the show Sam and Stephan just talk about their reaction but then the focus is on the players, the manager.. and their individual and collective reactions. Welcome to our show this week where its a short chat with Stephan... talking to Stephan... sadly last minute Sam cried off sick, something to do with ice bath training ready for a trip to the arctic circle... ANYWAY on the show a brief chat about that Liverpool game, a longer chat about winning a European semi final 3-1 (albeit only the first leg), some thoughts on TIFO comparisons.. and more.. not much more but a little more. I must admit, its been a whole lot tougher than any of us could have predicted but we are nearly there, the season is nearly over and we can all pretend for a brief period of time like this football club does not exist and then by August somehow be convinced we are going to win it all... again... On the show today we discuss the defeat to Forest, Cuti and his interview, the players motivation issues and how the club possibly are directing that due to the very serious financial impact winning the Europa League will have - not in prize money this season... are league form has killed that... but in terms of UCL qualification. Welcome back to our show where today we are discussing all things Tottenham Hotspur but with a bit of a spring in our step as we enjoy the win over Frankfurt and the fact we have progressed to the semi-final of the Europa League. On the show I say sorry for missing a few weeks, I know from a few messages in others were guessing it was due to our form and although yes my mother taught me "if nothing nice to say, say nothing.." and that would be a valid reason not to podcast after the Wolves game or any game in the league really... there were other issues.. basically blame Polynesian Dan! We talk about just how bad the league season has been in comparison to other bad Premier League years.. I actually left out the loss percentage discussion as I was overall trying to be "up" and positive that maybe... just maybe... we can do something this season worth remembering.
