Welcome back to tea session 10! Let's face it. At one point or another we all settle for less in life because we are comfortable. In the big scheme of things that does not do a thing for us. If anything it holds us back from our full potential and holds us back from what is really meant for us. Ask yourself why you would want that for yourself. Would you ever want to look back on your life and think "wow, I wish I did more of this, or I wish I just did things differently"- Nobody wants to look back and think these things. Sure, we all have moments but it is important to make sure you recognize what areas you are settling for in life simply because you are comfortable or scared to make a change. We all do it, but only you have the power to change it and life your life to your fullest potential and be your happiest self. Remember that. Hope you enjoy!
Welcome back to tea session 9! Fear is a self inflicted emotion that we allow to have power and control over our lives without even realizing it half of the time. It is the root to half of the problems that we face in life and we don't even realize it. Like anything elses there are different types of fear and different ways to overcome them. A good way to start is to ask yourself what fears are getting in the way of your potential to live a better and more fulfilled life? Hope you enjoy!
Welcome back to tea session 8! I have been a little MIA the last week or so and once again have been reflecting on a lot of different things. I find my mind wandering to the past often and after revisiting I couldn't stop asking myself if I could go back in time what would I change? There are always going to be things and circumstances that you ultimately wish that you could change, it is inevitable. But, it is how we take the things we have been through, think about them and what we have learned from them, to see just how far we have come. This is a good way to track your growth and think about past situations in a more positive light. Hope you enjoy!
Welcome back to tea session 7! After talking about more serious topics these last episodes I thought it would be fun to switch it up and talk about one of my favorite things. I did a major closet clean out and realized how many things I owned that I caught myself wondering why I ever purchased them in the first place-anyone else ever have a moment like that? I came to the conclusion that there are staple items in everyone's wardrobe that I feel are more essential. Then I dive right into Fall 2021 fashion trends which I think are trends that are here to stay. I am loving what I am seeing so far. Hope you enjoy!
Welcome back to tea session 6! The last week I've encountered a little mental health block so I had to take a little time to myself. That feeling of feeling alone and the fear of being alone has given me a swift kick in the ass lately to say the least. After taking some time to self reflect and dig a little deeper I was able to come to some realizations with self-worth and what it means exactly to be worthy in a relationship and how to deal with being alone a little better. Taking some time to get here and think about these things has helped shift my perspective so I decided I wanted to share. Hope you enjoy!
Welcome to tea session 5! After every birthday I do a little self reflection on the previous year or couple years and I set new goals, kind of like a New Year's Resolution. Lately, I find myself reflecting A LOT over the last couple of years. So, I have come up with a list of 28 things that I have learned over the course of these last 28 years that I feel are important things to learn. Some things I am still learning and trying to conquer but that is all part of the growing process. I hope that these are some things that you can all relate to and are able to learn and grow from too. Hope you enjoy!
