This was a super hard episode for me to upload because I hate being this kind of vulnerable especially on the internet but I truly feel like this will help so many people that feel like they’re problems aren’t worth talking about but I’m here to tell you they are your mental health matters maybe the things affecting you mean nothing to others or seem trivial but we are all different and everything effects us all differently I was up and down for months not understanding where I sat in someone’s life while being absent in my own and after a long reality check and time away I became me but better. Take time love you and just do your best because that’s all you can do!
