I’m diving into embodiment and the power of emotions.
Embodiment is the art of being fully present in your body, feeling, expressing, and allowing your emotions to move through you, instead of getting stuck in the mind.
And for me, embodiment is also about nervous system regulation. Because when your emotions are allowed to flow, your body finds safety.
A regulated nervous system expands your capacity to hold more love, joy, money, peace, freedom, and truth.
If you desire more aliveness, alignment, divine love, presence, inner peace, energy, deeper relationships with your children and family, or a community that feels truly aligned, it all begins with embodiment.
Because the moment you claim your desires, emotions will rise.
🔥Joy may open you to sadness.
❤️Loving boundaries may awaken anger.
🔥Conscious communication can reveal resentment.
❤️Inner certainty may bring up jealousy.
🔥Unconditional love may surface through judgment.
This is the invitation: to embody all emotions without labelling them good or bad. When you suppress them, they stay stuck in your body until you choose to release them.
Just yesterday, during my Soul Guidance session, I witnessed how easy it is to get trapped in the mind, what I call the 'fear gates' in Human Design. And yet, when my clients embody their unique traits, both conscious and subconscious, everything softens. Clarity, ease, and freedom open up.
And this is why I love channelling my clients’ blind spots and emotional blockages, it’s where so much joy, expansion, and transformation come alive.
