My name is Siddesh Vojhala (@siddeshvojhala on Instagram). I was an obese individual struggling with weight issues. My highest weight was more than 150 kgs. I'll be sharing all my methods and experiences, that helped me get better, physically and mentally. I've worked with more than 2000 champions all over the world. Due to my overweight condition, I faced a lot of embarrassment and rejection. I was highly misguided. There were a lot of roadblocks. I even tore my ACL. I didn't have a proper way to lose fat due to which, the vision was all blurry. I transformed myself by losing 70+kgs, hence I know, how it is done in a sustainable manner. I'll be sharing all my knowledge as a fitness professional, and as a coach, to make fitness a part of your routine. So, whatever method you apply, make sure the process should be something that should be given more attention. 


You may run behind the numbers as much as you want, ask yourself, would I be able to keep it off?

This is one of the most neglected areas, after sleep. 

I see adults drinking lesser than 1 liter of water every day. 

Poor memory, and forgetfulness, which are a byproduct of drinking lesser water, will keep on growing.

Unnecessary bloating and other inflammatory markers are a repercussion of lesser hydration. 

Fix it. 

Who’ll do it for us? Guess who? No one. 

It’s you. 

Drink at-least 3-4 liters of water every day. 

If you want to stay away from brain fog and fatigue, drink water. 


Better cognitive skills.
