In this episode, I talk to USG Senator Benjamin Owusu about the struggles of mental health specifically in a minority house hold. We go in depth about our experiences as well as the initiative that he made with Mental Health Mondays. Mental Health Mondays is an initiative that helps showcase the resources available to the students of Stony Brook University. It is a way for students to get valuable insight using their preferred platform of social media.
