how do you value yourself? how do you talk to yourself? how do you allow others to treat you? these are all things that we should to assess on this self-worth journey of life to reach our true potential and be happy within ourselves. i struggled with this on another level at a younger age & that continued throughout my twenties. i’d love to discuss this further with someone so this is just a tidbit but something i thought i should share. be blessed 🤎 happy black history month!
