At age 37 she finally discovered the benefits of yoga and within months completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training. Now, she is here to share her knowledge and love with yoga with you so that you too may be inspired to take better care of yourself and feel amazing! So grab a mat and get started. Yoga is for everyone! In each episode, you will find a short mind and body soothing yoga sequence to follow and practice.
