In this episode, I'm joined by Allyson (5/1 Emotional Projector) and Kelsey (5/2 Emotional Manifestor) for a heartfelt conversation about living life with a 5th line in one's profile. We talk about their respective Human Design journeys and what it's been like unraveling their experiences with 5th line projection. Whether you are a 5th line or you love one (or think you hate one), you're going to want to listen. This season has been sparse, but sweet. Thank you once again for your love and support, for witnessing my expression and for being on this journey for yourself.
This episode touches on a brief overview of my year and one of my most important lessons regarding suffering and my conditioning around the "importance of suffering" in order to gain love and approval.

I got a job. That's right, a job where I go to a building to work for 8 hours at a time in exchange for a biweekly paycheck. And it not only feels like the right environment for me, but it's been full of surprise.
Whether you've been conditioned to stick it out and progress in one career, to start your own business and become a success with a ton of clients, or to leave society altogether and run off to the woods to live off the land, you've probably wondered how to support and sustain yourself along the way. It's been a long road for me, one that is never finished as sustenance is a necessary part of surviving as a human being. The vast majority of us will require money to do so. I've read here and there that Reflectors are not here to work. This is true in the sense that we are not here to work like Generators. We're not here to work like projectors or manifestors. We're here to be initiated by whatever life brings us to, and here to be ourselves in whatever context we are correctly drawn into. My mind fought this one. Work?! A hospital?! I could never. But... I could. And I am. And I love it. Listen for more <3

Thanks for catching up with me in Season 2. Kicked off Episode 1 during a 12/11 sun/earth transit because it feels so cozy. I went into cringe and shame and loving all past versions of ourselves unconditionally and learning to celebrate all the places we’ve been so that we can live our lives free of the burden of shame. One correction: I'd like to wish a happy birthday to ALL 12/11s and not just Eden crosses lol

In this episode, I chat with Human Design Heretic (and reveal his actual name... kind of). He's a 5/1 emotional manifestor with a defined ego and much of this episode is the two of us sharing about our defined/undefined egos and what can unfold when the two come together in relationship. We discuss what it's like to take in the transit field as a manifestor vs reflector and finally, Singh shares what it's like to be around me. You can find Singh @humandesignheretic on Instagram.

What's new with me lately, and one question and answer. The moon's in gate 47, can you feel it? Ha. In this episode, I answer a very common question - one that has been asked in many ways. "How can I stay in integrity when my nature is ever-shifting?" I talk about the undefined ego center and our culture's obsession with proving our worth by doing and pushing through, what integrity means to me, and practical ways I've navigated this in my own life. Thanks so much to the question-asker for this one :)

In this episode, I read through and comment on an Instagram post I made last week. The post was about how there is still confusion and misunderstanding about how to commune with Reflectors according to our design. If you take one thing away from this episode — let it be to respect Reflectors and everyone more!

Quantum Leaping? Timeline Jumping? Quantum Jumping? Why do we want what we want? Do we really want that or is it our social conditioning? What's the rush? Maybe the slow process of deconditioning unfolds at exactly the rate that we need it to. What if what we imagine to be a "quantum leap" is actually just the result of many small shifts over time? What if?
This episode is an exploration of a topic that's always felt off in my body - though admittedly it's hard to pin down one specific definition as there are so many being propagated. As always, thank you for being here and supporting me by listening.

The process of unraveling conditioning in order to see it for what it is can be a long and winding road. I share what my journey has been so far, particularly regarding my own personal religious and cultural conditioning. The specifics of my story won't be exactly like yours, but I hope you find something to relate to here. It's a trip, love yourself along the way ;)

It’s not a quick fix, and it certainly doesn’t make your problems go away, but for me, Human Design really helped in the processing of old wounds. In this episode, I share a years-long process in about 20 minutes (please don’t mistake this for me telling you it’s easy 😅) in the hope that someone, somewhere feels less alone in the process. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. If you’re struggling with understanding a family member, you might consider booking a session with me so we can discuss the relationship as it relates to design. If not with me, please get some support somewhere ❤️

In this week's episode, I talk about the importance of value exchange for your natural gifts and offerings as a Reflector, even when those gifts may not have been traditionally valued in your upbringing or even now in your adult life.
Special thanks to those I shouted out in this episode: Breyton and Sophi. Thanks as well to the MANY, MANY Reflectors I've spoken to about this very subject. It is my hope that all of our "cups" overflow so that we may freely live and share as ourselves.

In this episode, I answer questions written in on Instagram about daily struggles as a Human Design Reflector. I certainly relate to a lot of these - can you?

Every Reflector's role is to be a judge/discerner. We are here to "reflect back the injustices humanity inflicts on itself" and to "prod humanity toward a cooperative, just, peaceful and equitable global community in preparation for those born after 2027 with spirit awareness." AND - "For Reflectors to move into this position and fill this role, the three other Types must be authentic, aware and open to the Reflector's assessment or judgement." (Def Book of HD).
How can you, as a Reflector, be a neutral and unbiased judge in order to find truth without clouded vision? What about those times when you become aware of your own biases or attachments? In this "off the cuff" episode I chat about what it means to be a "good" judge, share some personal examples and speak on the importance of identifying attachments to offer judgement from a place of self-awareness and neutrality.
This episode might lead to more questions - and that's great! Let me know if you have questions by sending in a voicenote (link below), popping it into the question box on spotify or just sending a DM on Insta.

"Relationships" is a massive topic, so I'm sure to be back with more. Thank you to everyone who sent in these questions - I hope my relatively quick answers are somewhat useful. Remember to always trust your own authority first - your body knows the answer more than I or anyone else does.
