In 2010 became a full-time New Thought Minister which was her road from messed up to blessed up. Although it had pot holes and detours. Through it all , she was becoming a better version of herself.

She collect blankets, clothes, socks, towels and hygiene articles throughout St. Pete and hands them out to the needy along with the meal and a hot cup of tea. He’s expanded this mission to improve community food access by founding Southside Community Garden, at Southside Fresh Market, a nonprofit project, that works to establish local urban agriculture projects and working to re-center low-income communities in the food security movement. Dr. Jamie McLaughlin is a doctor of Oriental Medicine. He has more than 18 years of clinical experience treating patients with musculo-skeletal disorders, chronic pain, digestive disorders, psycho-emotional disturbances, hormonal imbalances, allergies, and auto-immune disorders.
Dr. Jamie has experience working in both hospital and private clinical settings in both the U.S. and abroad. Jamie completed his undergraduate studies in Biology and Psychology, earning degrees in 1996. He then went on for post-graduate study in Oriental Medicine at The International Institute of Chinese Medicine, graduating with honors in 2001. He later was accepted and interned for additional post-graduate study at Heilingjiong University teaching hospital in Harbin, China where he specialized in post-stroke rehabilitation and spinal cord injuries. Jamie started a private practice in the Western U.S. in 2001 before turning it over to a practitioner from Germany in 2014, when he decided to bring his experience to the East Coast and made Richmond, VA his new home.

Albert is the best selling author of the book " Eyes in the Mirror: Everything Changed When He Met His Soul".
Personally: Happily, He is an idealistic dreamer and creative. With a Pisces Sun, Moon and Mars, these characteristics come quite naturally to him. And Yes! He can walk and chew gum at the same time all while simultaneously contemplating his purpose in the Universe. Silly human stuff provides him with much amusement.
Professionally: He practiced architecture (40 years), designing buildings, parks, and specializing in deigning cities and consulting for those of 100,000 people and fewer. His formal education in architecture and art tapped a part of him that inherently understands the creative process and how to convert and express mental concepts (like Oneness) in physical forms.
Metaphysically: On November 11th and 13th of 1991, he experienced several “wake up” calls from the Universe. One was a blissful cellular experience of Oneness, the other was terrifying. These led him to shamanic studies, then a mystery school and energy work training with the Ascended Masters. However, it was an event in 1988 that inspired him to write his first book: "Eyes In The Mirror: Everything Changed When He Met His Soul", a story about encountering his Soul and learned about how our Souls design their human incarnations to play the game of forgetting their Oneness.
Currently: he is combining his creative skills and metaphysical background to mentor others in Self-Mastery, the art and practice of diminishing ego’s domination so we remember how to create without limitation.
