This is the weekly horoscope in Vedic astrology for October 26 – November 2, 2025.
Mars enters Scorpio this week, kicking off a powerful new cycle of transformation, growth, and emotional courage that lasts through early December. If you’ve been feeling stuck or waiting for momentum to return, this transit brings the fuel to move forward and make meaningful changes.
We’re also beginning Relationship Alignment, my six-week program to help you decode your relationship karma, your Dara Karaka, D9 chart, Venus placement, and compatibility patterns. We’ll work with your relationship timeline to uncover the deeper cycles that repeat until they’re brought to light — so you can stop re-living the same dynamics and create conscious connection instead.
With Jupiter exalted in Cancer and Mars now in Scorpio, this is a time of hope in action — when your vision and your will can align. Saturn in Pisces keeps grounding us, Rahu in Aquarius asks us to grow in community and purpose, and Ketu in Leo continues to strip away old identities and ego patterns. The upcoming Mercury retrograde in Scorpio (starting mid-November) will bring reflection on what we’re learning now, so pay attention to the themes showing up this week.
It’s a great time to start new habits, healing work, or creative projects that require emotional depth and sustained energy. Stay connected, stay intentional, and be open to transformation.

Your rising sign reveals how you love, connect, and build relationships. In this episode, I explain why the Ascendant is the foundation for understanding compatibility and why it’s even more important than Venus or the 7th house. This is the most overlooked part of astrology when it comes to love — but it completely changes how you see yourself and your partners.
We’ll explore each of the 12 rising signs in love — what they value most, how they express affection, and the biggest relationship lessons they face. You’ll hear practical, down-to-earth insights using real celebrity examples like Will Smith, Kanye West, Angelina Jolie, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears to show how these patterns actually play out.
If you’ve ever felt like love astrology didn’t quite fit you, this will help it click. Your rising sign sets the tone for your whole chart and the story of your relationships — how you show up, what you attract, and what you’re here to learn.

5 Key Ideas
“Your rising sign is possibly the most important thing to consider for relationships.”
“The Ascendant shows how you perceive the world — and it shapes every other house in your chart.”
“If you don’t know your birth time, use your Moon sign for relationship insights — that shows your inner emotional world.”
“Aries brings devotion through action, Taurus builds comfort and trust, Gemini loves through words — each rising sign has its own love language.”
“Venus, the 7th house, and the D9 chart matter — but it all begins with your rising sign. That’s your foundation for love and partnership.”
What happens when a top-level bodybuilder, war veteran, and peak performer has a full spiritual awakening? Nahum Vizakis has lived both extremes — the hyper-masculine world of bodybuilding and the deep surrender of plant medicine, astrology, and emotional healing.
In this episode, Nahum shares his raw journey from winning shows in Iraq and Arizona to losing his identity, facing PTSD, and finding love through awakening experiences with ayahuasca, combo, and iboga. He opens up about how trauma, ego, and performance-enhancing drugs disconnected him from his body — and how practices like massage therapy, nervous system regulation, and ancient plant medicines brought him back into alignment.
We talk about:
• The collapse of hustle culture and the rise of emotional awareness in men
• How plant medicine accelerates karma and reveals our mother/father wounds
• The hidden connection between the sympathetic nervous system and illusion
• What it really means to “do the inner work” and balance masculine and feminine energy
• The coming shift toward healing through frequency, vibration, and consciousness
Nahum also shares powerful tools for nervous system regulation, including breathwork, grounding, Hoppe, and high-dose melatonin therapy — plus insights on how modern biohacking and ancient wisdom meet. His story is a reminder that the path to power begins with surrender, honesty, and feeling safe enough to be vulnerable.
If you’ve ever felt trapped in the “go, go, go” mode or struggled to turn off the noise of the world, this conversation will help you reconnect to your natural rhythm and your true self.

Welcome to the Quietmind Astrology weekly horoscope for October 19–26, 2025.
We’re entering a brand-new phase of the year as Jupiter moves into Cancer, bringing a wave of optimism, faith, and renewal that will unfold all the way through mid-2027. This is the exaltation of Jupiter—an energy of light returning after the mental busyness and overstimulation of Jupiter in Gemini.
This week also brings a New Moon in Chitra Nakshatra (Libra) on Tuesday, October 21st, marking the perfect time to begin new chapters in your relationships, goals, and personal balance. Chitra is the architect, the builder—so this lunation invites you to design your next chapter consciously. What kind of love, collaboration, and harmony do you want to create?
You’ll also feel Mercury entering Scorpio on Friday, October 24th, deepening communication, self-inquiry, and emotional intelligence. Conversations go beneath the surface. It’s an ideal time for therapy, astrology study, or journaling—anything that helps you understand yourself and others at a soul level.
This episode explores how to work with all three of these energies: Jupiter’s long-term expansion, the Libra New Moon’s creative rebalance, and Mercury’s dive into emotional truth. I’ll share how these transits activate the relationship axis of Libra and Aries, the depth-seeking nature of Scorpio, and how the coming weeks can help you heal old relationship samskaras—those karmic patterns that repeat until they’re made conscious.
If you’re ready to bring awareness and intention into your love life, friendships, and inner balance, join my free Relationship Astrology Workshop on October 20th at quietmindastrology.com/relationships. You’ll learn how to read synastry charts, understand compatibility, and work with the current Jupiter-in-Cancer and Sun-in-Libra energies for lasting growth in love.
5 Key Ideas from the Episode
• “We just had Jupiter move into Cancer—the most optimistic, nourishing transit of the year.”
• “The New Moon in Chitra is your chance to architect a new chapter in your relationships.”
• “Our samskaras—the creases of our life patterns—repeat until we make them conscious.”
• “Mercury entering Scorpio helps us get to the heart of what’s really going on beneath the surface.”
• “Relationships aren’t meant to be symmetrical—they’re meant to be balanced in a way that works for both people.”

The final big transit of 2025 is here—and it’s a good one. Jupiter moves into Cancer, its sign of exaltation, and sets a hopeful tone through mid-2027. In this episode, I share what this shift means in practical, grounded terms and how to actually work with it. You’ll learn why this transit tends to bring growth, optimism, and a deeper sense of emotional nourishment—and where to watch for overdoing it with comfort, caretaking, or saying yes to too much.
We’ll keep this episode focused and actionable: quick context for Jupiter in Cancer (sidereal, Lahiri, whole sign houses), how to listen for both your rising and moon signs, and a sign-by-sign roadmap you can jump to with timestamps. If you don’t know your chart yet, grab it below in two minutes and follow along. There’s also a free Jupiter in Cancer guide to support your reflections, journaling, and planning.
Use this to set priorities for 2025–2027—home and family upgrades, long-term study, teaching and mentorship, creative projects, health routines, and relationship growth—without burning out. I’ll also share simple practices to ground the water element, regulate emotions, and keep momentum steady as opportunities expand.

We made it through most of 2025! SO many big changes, and there’s one more left. This is the best one: Jupiter being exalted in Cancer. I made a free guide for this because it’s such a big one.
This shift brings a general lift for everyone: hopefulness, optimism, growth, and expansion. Today I cover the big-picture timing for all of us. Next episode I’ll do sign-by-sign for your Rising and Moon.
If you’re hearing “Jupiter is already in Cancer,” that’s tropical. I read sidereal (true to astronomy). Look in Stellarium or any stargazing app and you’ll see it: Jupiter touches Cancer at the end of 2025 (a glimmer), dips back to Gemini Dec 5 to Mar 10, then fully enters Cancer on June 1, 2026, runs to Leo late ’26, and returns to Cancer in 2027. The strongest nurturing window is Pushya — June 26 to Aug 26, 2026 — just 61 days. Most of this transit is in the deep, transformational Aslesha, which we'll discuss more next year when we're closer to that.
Right now we’re in Punarvasu: the return of optimism and future vision. Use these few weeks (mid-Oct to mid-Nov) to clarify what you want to build. When planets retrograde, the RE words matter: review, revise, revisit. From Dec 5 to Mar 10, go back over your lessons, teachers, communities, and consolidate wisdom.
Jupiter expands; Cancer nurtures. Great time to ground, tend home and family, strengthen boundaries (Saturn in Pisces is answered by Jupiter), and deepen spiritual practice. I’ll also be hosting a live Relationship Astrology workshop at quietmindastrology.com/relationships — synastry, Atma/Dara Karaka, overlays — practical and interactive.
5 key ideas
- “Jupiter being exalted in Cancer… is going to affect all of us generally more positively: a sense of hopefulness, optimism, growth, and expansion.”
- “Jupiter… is just moving to the edge of Cancer at the end of 2025… but it’s going back to Gemini… then on June 1st, Jupiter fully goes into Cancer.”
- “The most nurturing part… is Pushya… June 26 until August 26 — 61 days.”
- “Whenever a planet retrogrades, the RE words are relevant: reviewing, revising, revisiting.”
- “With expansion, grounding is very important… feet on the ground… yin, kapha practices, caring for home and family.”

This is the weekly forecast for Sunday, October 12th through Saturday, October 18th, and it’s the last week of having Jupiter in Gemini, closing out major lessons that began around June. We’re not done with those themes entirely, but there’s a shift coming up this Saturday that brings a new sense of growth, abundance, and clarity in relationships and decision-making.
We’re in a year of big transitions with Saturn in Pisces, Rahu in Aquarius, and Ketu in Leo—moving beyond our old limits and transforming our relationship to power, leadership, and control. This week’s major transits add to that momentum.
On Tuesday, October 14th, Pluto in Capricorn goes direct. This ends a long retrograde phase that stirred the subconscious and brought up deep, hidden material for healing. Pluto direct helps us integrate what surfaced—unresolved wounds, samskaras, or old conditioning—and move forward with a renewed foundation. Globally, Pluto continues to reshape structures of power and authority, while personally it invites therapy, meditation, yoga, and inner work to create lasting transformation.
On Friday, October 17th, the Sun moves into Libra. The Sun is considered debilitated here, meaning our drive to lead and control must yield to diplomacy, compassion, and fairness. This is a month to collaborate, not dominate—to focus on teamwork, compromise, and shared decision-making. With Mercury and Mars nearby, some conversations may feel charged or confrontational. Slow down, stay grounded, and weigh your words carefully. Be mindful of your nervous system responses and approach challenges with calm awareness. This energy supports delegation, collaboration, and finding balance in work and relationships.
Then on Saturday, October 18th, Jupiter moves into Cancer—a brief preview of what’s to come in mid-2026. This is one of the most auspicious placements for Jupiter, bringing expansion in finances, love, and emotional connection. It’s a shift from the scattered mental energy of Gemini into the heart-centered stability of Cancer. This is the time to ground, slow down, and reconnect to what nourishes you. Cook warm meals, create supportive routines, limit screen time, and focus on simple, grounding practices.
Jupiter in Cancer brings more ease, support, and optimism, but be mindful not to slip into complacency or heaviness. If you start to feel dull or unmotivated, reintroduce movement, warmth, and fire—spicy foods, energizing yoga, or inspiring projects.
As we close this chapter of Jupiter in Gemini, reflect on what you’ve learned since June. You may have felt torn between wisdom and intellect, intuition and logic, or calling and practicality. Gemini energy can bring incredible creativity and insight, but also indecision and overwhelm. Jupiter in Cancer helps bring those ideas into form with warmth and emotional clarity.
This week is a time to complete cycles, integrate lessons, and create stability where there’s been uncertainty. Use the energy of Pluto direct to heal what’s been hidden, the Sun in Libra to strengthen your relationships through fairness and empathy, and Jupiter in Cancer to ground in love and connection.

Each day of the week carries its own frequency, a specific planetary energy that’s been woven into our language and daily lives for thousands of years, yet most people never realize it.
In this episode of the Quietmind Astrology Podcast, I’ll show you how to harness the grahas (planets) through the simple rhythm of the week; from the Sun’s vitality on Sunday to Saturn’s discipline on Saturday, and how these ancient cycles can guide your routines, mindset, and spiritual practice.
The names of the days themselves reveal the secret:
Sunday for the Sun
Monday for the Moon (Lunas in Spanish)
Tuesday for Mars (Martes)
Wednesday for Mercury
Thursday for Jupiter (Jueves)
Friday for Venus (Viernes)
Saturday for Saturn (Sábado).
These aren’t coincidences, they’re remnants of a system that once consciously aligned human life with cosmic time.
When you understand this cycle, you can begin to plan your week with intention. Need to strengthen discipline and structure? Work with Saturn on Saturdays: wear dark blue or black, volunteer, fast, or spend time with elders. Feeling the need to reconnect with your spiritual path? Sunday, ruled by the Sun, is your day to center, honor your vitality, and reconnect with your higher purpose.
Each graha has a natural day, color, and practice that helps bring its energy into balance:
- Sunday (Sun / Surya): vitality, confidence, self-realization, leadership. Practice sun salutations, gratitude, and spiritual reflection. Wear orange or gold.
- Monday (Moon / Chandra): emotions, nurturing, peace. Practice restorative yoga, gentle movement, and care for your home. Wear white or silver.
- Tuesday (Mars / Mangala): strength, courage, action. Engage in exercise, assertive communication, or productive work. Wear red.
- Wednesday (Mercury / Budha): communication, learning, adaptability. Great for writing, meetings, and kirtan. Wear green.
- Thursday (Jupiter / Guru): wisdom, faith, purpose. Study, journal, or learn from a teacher. Wear yellow.
- Friday (Venus / Shukra): love, beauty, relationships. Enjoy music, art, romance, and the senses. Wear pink or variegated colors.
- Saturday (Saturn / Shani): discipline, service, patience. Do chores, volunteer, fast, or spend time with elders. Wear blue or black.
You’ll also learn how the hour of the day, called the hora, repeats this planetary pattern every 24 hours, meaning every hour holds a different energetic quality. And you’ll discover how your own birth day of the week reflects your inherent tendencies. For example, being born on a Tuesday connects you to the Mars archetype: initiative, courage, and movement.
These aren’t just symbolic ideas, they’re time-tested rituals that help bring rhythm, meaning, and flow into your life. When you start to live in tune with these cycles, everything begins to feel more natural: your work, rest, relationships, and self-care all align with the energy of the moment.
Want to go deeper into daily practices and yoga sequences for each planetary energy? Check out my Deepen Your Practice Workshop at quietmind.yoga/deepen.
5 Key Ideas from the Episode:
1. Each day of the week corresponds to one of the seven visible grahas — Sun through Saturn.
2. The planetary order of the days is based on the ancient hora system, not random naming.
3. Your birth day of the week reveals part of your natural tendencies and dharma expression.
4. Colors, rituals, and actions can align you with the day’s planetary frequency.
5. Living in rhythm with planetary time creates harmony, discipline, and inner peace.

Key ideas
- Jupiter moving into Cancer is one of the most auspicious, positive transits we can ever have.
- The Full Moon in Revati closes the eclipse window — a sense of culmination and completion.
- Sun in Libra and Venus in Virgo bring relationship tests; lead through collaboration, not control.
- If something’s stuck, Mars into Scorpio will move the energy at the end of October
Notes
October 2025 has the last big transit of the year. We have Jupiter moving into Cancer this month — one of the most auspicious, positive transits we can ever have — and it only happens once every 12 years. It’s starting in October, it’s brief at first, and it sets the stage for 2026 into 2027. This energy is very positive for relationships and growth on a lot of levels, and we’ll talk about how to work with it in a real, practical way.
We open October with Mercury moving into Libra on Thursday, October 2. In late September, Mercury was exalted in Virgo — great for getting things said and resolved. Now Mercury in Libra with Mars brings direct, creative communication, action, and emotional intimacy. If there’s a conversation that moves a relationship forward or a creative project that needs a decision, this is the window to speak and act.
On Monday, October 6, the Full Moon in Revati closes the eclipse window. Think back to March — what was opening then? All full moons are a good day to celebrate and integrate, and Revati brings wisdom, intuition and completion. The Moon conjoins Saturn that day, so it’s an excellent time to practice, be disciplined, and do the things that actually move energy — which is why I’m holding the yoga workshop then.
Thursday, October 9, Venus enters Virgo (debilitation). You’ll see the internet focus on the negatives — nitpicking, overanalyzing love — but every placement has positive, negative, and neutral expressions. “Bring the Virgo healer’s precision to find root causes,” then speak from the heart. This can be a sober, clarifying month for finances, division of responsibilities, and long-term plans.
Friday, October 10, the Moon is exalted in Taurus — a sweet day for dates, romance, beauty, and nourishing the senses. Tuesday, October 14, Pluto goes direct in Capricorn (Uttara Ashada). We’ve been revisiting foundations; now we build forward — values, structure, and what you’re willing to stand for. On Friday, October 17, the Sun moves into Libra (debilitation): leadership through collaboration, compromise over control. If your ego wants to be right, notice it and choose balance.
Saturday, October 18, Jupiter enters Cancer (exaltation). It’s a short initial pass, but it brings the home, relationships, care, and spiritual mentorship with growth. Watch for over-comforting or naiveté with teachers, but overall this is balm after the harder edges of the month. Monday, October 20 is our free Relationship Astrology workshop — synastry, what to look for in a partner, and how to see strengths and growth edges in charts.
Tuesday, October 21, New Moon in Chitra (Virgo): new systems, new routines, new healing. It’s a great day to reset health, organize money with spreadsheets or an accountant, and set clear intentions for love and daily rhythms. Then Friday, October 24, Mercury moves into Scorpio for deeper conversations, research, therapy, and personal growth. End of month, Mars moves into Scorpio: bias toward action. If something’s stuck, move your body, sweat, and give that Mars-in-Scorpio activation energy a target.

Get the free Eclipse Season guide at https://www.quietmindastrology.com/eclipseseptember2025We are in the last portion of the eclipse season for 2025, and it has been very powerful for me. I’m going to share a bit about my personal experience with it — things you might relate to and reflect on — and something very personal I haven’t talked about in this way before. I’ve never met my biological father. During this eclipse portal I’ve made the most progress I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a lot of things over the years — even had someone from the FBI helping me — and now a real lead opened up through Ancestry DNA: a 27% match on my paternal side. That’s closer than my half-sister’s 23%. It could be a grandfather, uncle or half-brother. If the surname Triba (T-R-Y-B-A) rings a bell for you, that’s the name surfacing.I talk about what this stirs in the chart and in daily life. If you look at my chart, there are clear indicators around the father: Sun in the 8th house (“the Sun is the father; 8th is sudden change and transformation”), Rahu with the Sun in Aries (“part of my life path is to find myself and move away from the family of Ketu in Libra in the 2nd house”), and the Sun ruling the 12th placed in the 8th (“losses + transformation tied to father”). I also share how Moon in Ardra and the Moon being alone can mark early challenges. This is not theory for me — it’s the lived path of learning the father archetype from within when it wasn’t modeled without.Eclipse seasons are portals. With Ketu in Leo, themes of lineage, authority, leadership and family patterns get activated. Ketu takes away what’s outgrown and brings us back to what’s essential. For me it took away power for a bit through sickness, but that redirected me into the body, breath, sunlight, simple practice. “When you have good health, you have a million problems; when you have bad health, you have one.” Coming back to yoga, pranayama and 10-minute wins rebuilt momentum and clarity. We’re now in the waxing Moon window — an auspicious two weeks of new beginnings — and the second half of this eclipse story will play out over the next six months. I walk you through how to use that: note what the eclipse highlighted, put dates in your calendar, and take small consistent actions that align with the new chapter. The masculine you can trust is built in daily structure: sleep, sun, water, food, breath, practice. Atomic Habits style: “the goal is to be a meditator,” even if it’s one conscious breath. Roll out the mat for 10 minutes; you’ll often go longer.I also share why having mentors, a team and community matters. If you’re filling other people’s cups, you need people filling yours — massage, teachers, trainings, men’s group, honest friends. Eclipse season asks us to examine roles, identity, and authority. What roles are ending? What leadership do you actually want now? What patterns in the family line do you choose not to repeat? If you haven’t already, grab the free Eclipse Season Guide at quietmindastrology.com. It covers themes, challenges, and opportunities for each rising and Moon sign so you can actually work with the timing, not just hear about it. Get the full Eclipse Season Guide: QuietmindAstrology.com/eclipseseptember2025
Every eclipse season in Vedic astrology brings a choice point, and September 2025 is no exception. These two eclipses are not random events—they’re moments of karmic realignment, where life asks you to make a decision about what stays and what goes. This month, both the Lunar Eclipse in Purva Bhadrapada (Aquarius) on September 7th and the Solar Eclipse in Uttara Phalguni (Leo) on September 21st invite you to step into a more authentic direction and release what no longer fits.
On September 7th, the Lunar Eclipse in Purva Bhadrapada brings a crossroads: do you stay attached to old social roles and group expectations, or do you choose to live into a vision that feels more authentic to you? Purva Bhadrapada is visionary, intense, and disciplined, but with the Moon eclipsed here, emotions can swing between attachment and detachment. The choice is whether you rebel without direction, or align with a higher vision that truly serves your path and your community.
The auspicious side of this eclipse includes visionary insights, spiritual discipline, karmic release, and clarity through detachment. The shadow side is emotional rigidity, restless rebellion, and feeling cut off from belonging. The invitation is to stop compromising yourself just to fit in, and instead honor your individuality while still contributing meaningfully. Aquarius is about the collective, but only when individuals are being true to themselves.
On September 21st, the Solar Eclipse in Uttara Phalguni (Leo) turns the spotlight to your heart. This is the choice between surface-level satisfaction and deep joy. Are you shining from the heart, or performing for approval? This eclipse asks you to release relationships, projects, or appearances that drain you and step into authentic love, creativity, and leadership. The auspicious themes are fresh beginnings in joy and creativity, authentic leadership, and prosperity through aligned choices. The inauspicious themes are drama, ego battles, and clinging to appearances.
For everyone, the work of this eclipse season is journaling on where you compromise yourself to belong, where you isolate out of fear, and what it costs to keep choosing approval over authenticity. These are turning points, not just endings—the doors that close now clear space for new beginnings in the months to come.
The eclipses always bring intensity, but also clarity when we slow down enough to listen. Avoid impulsive decisions, give yourself space for silence, and use these moments to align with what is real and true in your life. If you don’t, you’ll likely feel the friction of misalignment—but if you do, the path forward opens with ease.
5 Key Ideas From This Episode
“Every eclipse season brings with it an important choice to be made.”
“On September 7th, you’re asked: will you rebel without direction, or align with a higher vision that serves you and your community?”
“On September 21st, the heart is at a crossroads—are you choosing joy or chasing approval?”
“Each Rising and Moon sign has its own specific choice point to make during this season.”
“Avoid impulsive decisions. These eclipses clear old paths so you can walk a more authentic new one.”

We’re in eclipse season again—and it’s a powerful one. September 2025 brings two eclipses: the Lunar Eclipse in Purva Bhadrapada, Aquarius (Sept 7) and the Solar Eclipse in Purva Phalguni, Leo (Sept 21). These eclipses don’t arrive in isolation; they echo the powerful shifts we experienced back in March 2025, which was one of the most transformational months of the year with Saturn’s transit, Jupiter’s shifts, and the last eclipse season.
Back in March, the Lunar Eclipse in Uttara Phalguni, Leo had us confront unhealthy dynamics in relationships and power struggles, asking us to lead with authenticity instead of ego. This wasn’t just about your relationships with others—it mirrored your deeper relationship with self and with Source. As one of my teachers would say: “There’s only ever one relationship: between you and God (or higher power, spirit, Source—whatever word resonates with you).”
Then came the Solar Eclipse in Uttara Bhadrapada, Pisces, dissolving what was no longer sustainable. It cleared illusions and invited surrender—Ishvara Pranidhana, one of the niyamas in yoga philosophy: surrendering to a higher power. That March eclipse season was about endings—letting go of control, dissolving old identities, facing grief, and walking forward with trust in a bigger picture.
Now in September, we step into the continuation of that story. The endings of March are ripening into fresh beginnings in love, creativity, relationships, and community. The Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius asks you to release outdated group roles, social conditioning, and beliefs that don’t fit anymore. It’s about honoring individuality while still contributing meaningfully to the collective.
The Solar Eclipse in Leo then resets identity and self-expression. Will you cling to appearances and drama, or step into authentic leadership, creativity, and joy? Together these eclipses mark a karmic turning point—clearing space in relationships, communities, and creative pursuits so you can live from deeper authenticity.
5 Key Ideas from this episode
– “That eclipse season in March opened a doorway of endings and realignments that are still echoing in this current season.”
– “The Uttara Phalguni lunar eclipse in Leo forced us to confront unhealthy dynamics in relationships and power struggles asking us to lead from authenticity instead of ego.”
– “The Uttara Bhadrapada solar eclipse in Pisces dissolved what was no longer sustainable, clearing away illusions and pushing us towards surrender and spiritual truth.”
– “Now, as we move into September and the eclipses in Purva Phalguni and Aquarius, we revisit similar themes but at a new level.”
– “Together these eclipses present a karmic turning point—clearing space so you can align with deeper joy, authentic leadership, and a vision that reflects your true self.”

September is the most pivotal month of late 2025. We’re in the middle of a six-week eclipse window that started in late August and goes through September into early October. These windows bring major life changes and choices, portals of transformation where you come out a new person. This one especially activates Leo and Aquarius — old roles and identities being released, and new vision and community calling you forward.
On September 6, Uranus turns retrograde for five months in Taurus in Kritika Nakshatra. This is a time to go back over the changes you’ve made with finances and family, to cut away what is not necessary, and to slow down. Unexpected opportunities may appear as you refine your values and security.
The next day, September 7, is the full moon lunar eclipse in Aquarius in Purva Bhadrapada. The sun is with Ketu, the moon is with Rahu. It’s not a good day for major decisions, but a powerful moment of completion and release. This eclipse highlights ego death, letting go of outdated identities, and moving toward your unique expression and authentic communities.
On September 12, the Moon is exalted — a nourishing pause for grounding and self-care. Then September 13, Mars moves into Libra for six weeks. Energy turns toward relationships, fairness, and balance. Unconscious action could lead to conflict, but directed intentionally it can bring passion, harmony, and more balance in life.
On September 14, Venus enters Leo for three and a half weeks, joining Sun, Mercury, and Ketu there. This is a fun, romantic, creative energy — great for travel, adventure, dates, and sharing what you love. Soon after, Mercury enters Virgo on September 15 for 17 days, and the Sun follows on September 16 for one month. This creates a strong Virgo energy: creative, organized, precise, and excellent for learning, communication, and bringing clarity in relationships and projects.
On September 21, the new moon solar eclipse in Purva Phalguni in Leo sets the tone for the next six months. It’s a reset point to evaluate the roles you play, step into healthy ego, and let go of identities that no longer fit. And finally, September 22 brings the equinox — day and night in balance, a reminder to restore harmony. Ayurveda teaches that all diseases begin in seasonal transitions, so it’s important now to balance your routines, diet, and doshas as the energy shifts.
This is a month of major change and realignment. If you want to know how it affects you personally, get your free Vedic birth chart at quietmindastrology.com and I’ll send you the and notes from this episode.

I’m Jeremy Devens, and over the last 19 years I’ve looked at thousands of birth charts. But I still remember the first time I opened one and thought: what is this? You might feel that way too. That’s why in this episode of Quietmind Astrology, I’ll walk you through how to give your very first Vedic astrology reading—even if you’re a total beginner.
We’ll start with your own chart and focus on the Big Three: the Ascendant, the Sun, and the Moon. These three placements are the foundation of readings, and you don’t need to memorize hundreds of things to start interpreting them. I’ll show you a step-by-step system that makes astrology less overwhelming and more practical.
I’ve created a workshop to guide you through this. It’s normally $47, but you can access it free with the link in the show notes. In just 15 minutes, you’ll decode your own Big Three and begin seeing patterns that bring your chart to life.
Step One: Read your own chart.
The letters are the grahas—the Sun, Moon, and planets plus Rahu and Ketu. The numbers are the zodiac signs, not the houses. The Ascendant shows the body and personality. The Moon shows the mood and emotions. The Sun shows vitality and leadership. Start with keywords. Aquarius rising: unique, eccentric, innovative. Moon in Sagittarius: adventurous, philosophical, fun-loving. Sun in Virgo: a leader who thrives on systems and structure. Simple snapshots you can build on.
Step Two: Look at public figures.
Practice with celebrities, musicians, leaders. Find their Vedic birth time (Astrosage.com is great). Then decode their Big Three. Pisces Ascendant might look dreamy, intuitive, spiritual. A Capricorn Moon can reveal a stable, practical mindset. This way you see how astrology plays out in real life.
Step Three: Give your first reading.
Start with an interview reading. Ask open-ended questions about their personality, emotions, and leadership. “What is your personality like?” “What was your relationship with your mother like?” “What inspires you most?” You’re not proving anything—you’re gathering information and building experience.
Once you’ve listened, try leading questions that sound like predictions but invite confirmation: “Do you like to bring harmony to others?” “Was your mom adventurous?” Over time, you’ll see patterns across charts. That’s when you can confidently move from questions to statements—and people say, “It’s like you’re telling me my life story.”
This path is clear: first your own Big Three, then public figures, then interview readings. From there, astrology becomes a living system, not just memorization. The more you practice, the more accurate you become.
Key ideas from this episode:
"You need to experience astrology first (read your own chart) before you try to read others charts"
“The Ascendant shows the body, the Moon the mood, and the Sun vitality and leadership.”
“Instead of memorizing hundreds of things, use the nesting doll system—grahas, then signs, then houses, then nakshatras.”
“Your first reading should be an interview, not a monologue.”

Over the past 19 years, I’ve studied the astrology of thousands of successful people and found patterns you can apply to your own life. In this episode of Quietmind Astrology, I’m breaking down 10 signs of massive wealth in the birth chart, using the case study of Alex Hormozi—who just had a $100 million book launch this past week.
We often look at transits or dashas for timing, but in Alex’s case, what stands out are the innate qualities in his chart that he’s harnessed through discipline and work. These same qualities may be in your chart as well, and today I’ll show you how to recognize and apply them.
We don’t have his exact birth time, but we know his Moon is in Libra, possibly Chitra nakshatra. Using his Moon chart, we see a striking pattern: an overloaded Upachaya house structure—the 3rd, 6th, 10th, and 11th houses. These houses get stronger with time, and planets placed here bring compounding gains. Alex has multiple placements in these houses, showing why his success has scaled.
For example, Saturn in the 3rd gives discipline in communication and marketing. Mars in the 6th points to athleticism and relentless daily effort. His 11th house is stacked with Sun, Mercury, and Ketu, making him a community leader, a powerful communicator, and surprisingly detached from money—a classic Ketu-in-11th trait.
Another wealth sign is the fifth–ninth house connection. Rahu in the 5th aspects Venus in the 9th, fueling creativity, content, and teaching—exactly what he’s built his empire on. Venus in a dharma house (the 9th) brings prosperity through education and sharing wisdom. Combined with Rahu’s drive, this creates an unstoppable force for growth and wealth.
Alex’s Atmakaraka is Mars in Revati, in the 6th house. This shows his soul’s path is about discipline, service, and daily effort. It’s why so much of his work emphasizes free value and helping others. His Sun as Darakaraka in the 11th highlights the pivotal role of his wife, Layla, who amplifies his leadership and legacy building.
What does this mean for you? If you see similar patterns—like strong Upachaya houses, dhana yogas (2 and 11, or 5 and 9 connections), Venus in a dharma house, Rahu in 5 or 11, or your Atmakaraka in 6, 10, or 11—it shows innate wealth potential. These aren’t just about luck; they’re qualities you can harness through effort, systems, and awareness.
This episode isn’t just about Alex’s chart—it’s about how you can decode your own chart to find your gifts for wealth, career, and success. Whether or not you want to make millions, these placements show where effort compounds, how prosperity grows, and how to align with your strengths.
By the end of this episode, you’ll understand:
– Why Upachaya houses (3, 6, 10, 11) are critical for wealth building
– How a strong 11th house brings gains through networks and community
– Why Venus in dharma houses often shows prosperity through teaching
– How Rahu and Ketu placements shape wealth, detachment, and luck
– What Atmakaraka in the 6th, 10th, or 11th reveals about your soul’s path to success
Your chart has wealth indicators too—it’s just about learning how to see and apply them.

The most essential thing to follow Vedic astrology is to have your Vedic birth chart. You can get yours now at quietmindastrology.com/freebirthchart. When you pull it up you’ll see a North Indian style chart, and if you scroll down you’ll also see the section called Dasha. Those four letters R A S U represent Rahu, Ketu, Sun, Jupiter, etc.—the sequence of dashas, or planetary time periods, that shape your life.
Every one of us is on a 120-year timeline of dashas, moving through the nine grahas for a set number of years. Ketu is 7 years, Venus 20, Sun 6, Moon 10, Mars 7, Rahu 18, Jupiter 16, Saturn 19, Mercury 17. Where you enter this cycle depends on the exact degree of your Moon at birth, so accurate birth time really matters. Even a few hours off could shift your starting point.
A dasha is like a tree ripening fruit—different fruits ripen at different times in your life. Not all of them ripen in one lifetime, but when they do, you feel those energies fully. To really understand a dasha you look at the whole chart: where that planet is placed, what houses it rules, and the aspects it receives.
To bring this alive, we’ll look at a real example: Ozzy Osbourne. With respect for his legacy, we can see how his dashas shaped his journey. Born into Venus dasha, with Venus and Ketu in the first house, Ozzy was destined to lose himself in music, relationships, and at times addiction. His Rahu in the 7th showed the pivotal role of his wife Sharon in supporting his career and extending his life.
We see his Sun dasha bringing harsh speech and jail time, his Moon dasha launching Black Sabbath and pioneering heavy metal, his Mars dasha fueling chaos and fire in his solo career, and his Rahu dasha taking him into extremes, shocking behavior, and reality TV fame. Later, Jupiter dasha brought recognition and awards, while his final Saturn dasha in Maga Nakshatra highlighted legacy, ancestors, and performing from a throne as health declined.
One of the most moving parts of Ozzy’s story is how Saturn in Magha gave him a chance to celebrate his legacy at the end of his life—surrounded by peers and fans at his final concert, raising money for charity, closing the circle of his karmic journey. Saturn brings the karmic fruits of a lifetime, and Ozzy’s chart shows that beautifully.
This episode is a deep dive into how the dasha system works, why accurate birth time matters, and how you can use real-life examples to interpret your own cycles.
5 Key Ideas From This Episode:
“The most essential thing to follow Vedic astrology is to have your Vedic birth chart.”
“Dashas are like a 120-year tree of life—certain fruits ripen at certain times.”
“Where you enter the dasha cycle depends on your Moon nakshatra and pada.”
“Ozzy’s Venus-Ketu in the first house showed losing himself in music and relationships.”
“Saturn in Magha brought legacy, recognition, and karmic closure to his life story.”
Your dashas show the timing of your life themes—when certain fruits ripen on your tree. This is one of the most powerful ways to understand your chart, your path, and your potential.

Become a Certified Vedic Astrologer – everything you need to learn astrology in depth, make accurate predictions, and give great readings.
This week we enter one of the most powerful turning points of the year with two major transits: the Moon exalted in Taurus and the New Moon in Leo with Ketu, which begins the six-week Eclipse Portal—the second and final eclipse season of 2025. This is a big transformational time, and in this episode I’ll guide you through how to work with these shifts in a grounded, practical way.
On Sunday, August 17th, the Moon is exalted in Taurus, bringing a nourishing influence. This is a great day for meditation, yoga nidra, massage, aromatherapy, or simply tending to your body and emotions. Exalted Moon days remind us to slow down and do something truly restorative.
By Wednesday, August 20th, Venus moves into Cancer, joining Mercury and the Moon. Venus is love, beauty, art, and pleasure. Cancer is nourishment and care. Together, they invite more tenderness into relationships, intimacy, and creativity. It’s an excellent time for art, music, dance, and romance. The caution is “comfort spending” as a substitute for addressing deeper needs. If directed consciously, this is excellent energy for self-care and meaningful connection.
Then, on Saturday, August 23rd, we step into the Eclipse Portal with the New Moon in Leo conjunct Ketu. New Moons are beginnings, but with Ketu there, it’s also about letting go—shedding old ego identities, control, and attachments to who we think we are. The next six weeks are about surrender and preparing for a new timeline. With Rahu in Aquarius opposite, the energy calls us into something bigger: a more global, innovative, and interconnected future.
This eclipse cycle asks: What roles, attachments, and identities are you ready to release so you can grow into your next chapter? For some, this may mean changes in career, home, or relationship. For others, it may be a subtle inner shift. Either way, eclipse seasons bring fated opportunities for transformation, especially if you have strong placements in Leo or Aquarius.
Astrology gives us perspective on how to navigate these times. Just as the internet reshaped society 30 years ago, AI and financial shifts are reshaping us now. The key is not to get lost in overwhelm, but to reset. Journaling prompts for this eclipse: What am I ready to let go of? What would I keep doing even if no one paid me? Where do I feel most aligned?
And if you’re ready to go deeper, the Vedic Astrology Mentorship is open now. We begin Saturday, August 23rd on the New Moon. This is where I share everything I’ve learned in 19 years of practice—thousands of charts, research, and case studies—all in one clear path. You’ll learn step by step how to read charts, make accurate predictions, and give great readings with confidence.
You’ll get direct access to me, live calls, a private WhatsApp group, accountability partners, and my full tables of positive and negative expressions of every placement. Whether you want to give readings professionally or simply deepen your self-understanding, this program gives you a foundation that will last a lifetime.

Learning astrology can feel super complicated and overwhelming—but it really doesn’t have to be. Over the years, through my own journey and teaching hundreds of students, I’ve seen that there are five clear levels of learning astrology. Once you know where you are on the path, it becomes so much easier to know your next step.
In this episode of the Quietmind Astrology Podcast, I walk you through these five levels—from the “Insta Astrologer,” who scrolls TikTok memes, to the experienced astrologer who can read any chart on the spot with accuracy and insight. You’ll hear how I personally moved from Western astrology into Vedic astrology, why I follow the sidereal system, and how my mentors helped me turn confusion into clarity. I’ll also share how you can use your own chart (and charts of people close to you) to deepen your skills and start moving toward giving accurate, embodied, and inspiring readings.
I’ve created a free assessment at quietmindastrology.com/levels so you can see exactly what level you’re at right now and what your next step is. And if you’re ready for the full in-depth training, check out the Become Your Own Astrologer workshop at quietmindastrology.com/workshop.
Highlights:
By the end of this episode, you’ll know which level you’re at, what pitfalls to avoid, and how to move forward with a clear path. Whether you just want to understand your own chart better or you feel called to give readings for others, this framework will guide you.
