We continue our journey into short stories around Earthsea by finishing book five, Tales from Earthsea. The Queens finish out the fourth book in Ursula Le Guin's Earthsea Series, Tehanu. In this episode, both Queens are confronted with multiple reenactments of their literal nightmares. Queen Tay wishes one theory had been correct so she wouldn't have to see a certain character, while Marissa kicks her feet with glee at the long overdue commencement of a relationship. We're following our favourite characters as they wield pitchforks, doctor up their enemies, and find themselves caught in a trap so tightly that only a dragon can save them. In other words, join the conclusion to this adventure as we finish out this instalment of the Earthsea Series, Tehanu by Ursula Le Guin.
This episode wraps up with both Queens presenting their reviews of the novel, followed by a returning favourite game: It's Giving. Lastly, Tay and Marissa nominate the best and worst characters of the section.

In this episode, Queens Tay and Marissa finally become fully-fledged Aes Sedai as they read the last words in this epic fantasy series. Queen Marissa shares secret lore about the magical city of Toronto, Queen Tay refuses to believe that a character's death is a non-death, and Queen Al finally breathes a sigh of relief because she no longer has to worry about spoiling anything. The Last Battle has finally come! ⚔️ In a chapter containing 200+ pages, the Queens finally get to read the infamous chapter in Wheel of Time Lore. All three Queens rail against Gawyn's terrible decision-making, while Queen Marissa sits in suspense over her second favourite character. Queen Tay watches each character death with excitement, until one character takes it too far. And Queen Alix starts to sigh in relief, as the end of her secret-keeping journey is fast approaching. Expect blood, sweat, and maybe even a few tears in this penultimate close reading of the Wheel of Time where your favourite Queens read one chapter: Chapter 37 (The Last Battle) of Book Fourteen of The Wheel of Time, A Memory of Light by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson.

The Last Battle is rapidly approaching, and our Queens are here for the build-up. As they barrel towards a battle to end them all, the Queens become increasingly concerned about the constantly shortening length of Nynaeve's hair. They debate whether or not they can take the Dark One seriously and Queen Tay wishes a different verb was used to describe a specific scene with Rand and the Dark One. Perrin continues to irk them all and the Queens beg Mat to be better than his wife. And, of course, Queens Marissa and Tay finally find Demandred -- and they are not particularly pleased. Mistakes are made, battle plans are changed, and the Trollocs head towards the Fields of Merrilor. So, don't miss out as your Queens discuss Chapter 22 to the end of Chapter 36 of Book Fourteen of The Wheel of Time, A Memory of Light by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson.
