Happy Birthday to me!
This weeks episode I want to delve into the 12 most important lessons I've learned throughout my year of being 21. Life has had its challenges, its ups and downs, but I'm excited for 22 and what it has to offer!

Rejected? Upset about it? Well, when you learn that Rejection is Protection and Redirection, you'll never feel bad about rejection again.
This weeks POV With Dom episode is all about the concept of rejection, how to be okay with being rejected, and how getting denied from lovers, jobs, friends and life itself can actually help us move into new phases, and how everything always works out in the end.
You CAN and WILL get over this rejection, it's okay to feel the sadness and be sensitive, but knowing in the long run this is happening for you, not against you, then you'll be okay :)

What if I told you that change, although unavoidable, was actually controllable?
You can control how you feel, act, and surrender to changes in life, with friendships, with relationships, with location, with everything! Change and you go hand in hand, it's not happening against you, it's happening for you.
Today I go through recent life that I've gone through (rather forcibly) a lot of change, and while it is uncomfortable and sometimes hugely irritating, I go deep into why I'm changing my mindset from treating change as a negative, to a positive.
So, this is your reminder that Change is a good thing. It can, and will, work out.

"If you pray for flowers, don't be surprised if it starts to rain"
I delve deep into this quote, and how if applied to your life, you can really twist what may currently be a bad time, into a time of development, change and growth.
