Is it finally going to happen? Yes! Lugia VSTAR is on its way. Silver Tempest has been announced for an international release in November; we will discuss what has been revealed thus far and speculate. Charizard? Charizard??? Is there another Charizard? Yes! A Charizard fan's fantasy! Charizard will be the focus of this year's Ultra Premium Collection! Things are about to get even crazier, as a very limited Lucario VSTAR HR has been revealed for Japan; this one will be very cool, expensive, and highly sought after!
