Today we are talking about the movie 'Whiplash'. The film is about a jazz drummer, who wants to become the best drummer in the world (played by Miles Teller) and a band conductor played by the amazing J. K. Simmons. Therefore I invited the musician/guitarist Patrick Davies to talk about the movie and also to clarify if the music theory in this movie is correct.
