#61: 7 ways to decrease your stress levels

Hellooo everyone!

Welcome back to Out Of Sight - a little rebrand going on over here. I've decided to focus a little bit more on lifestyle and wellness for the podcast and open up the platform to everyone - regardless of where you're from, you're age or any of those factors.

We're all going through life for the first time and let's talk about it!

Today's topic was highly requested after I wrote a story for work about stress and cortisol levels.

After going through a period of my life last year of living in a state of constant stress and fight or flight - I had to make lifestyle changes as I was at literal breaking point.

Through this episode I talk about that time of my life and in comparison to how I am now - still busy, still have a lot going on in life but able to manage my stress completely.

Topics covered:

-The power of how you speak to yourself

-Journalling

-1% better every day

-Routine and being boring

-Boundaries

-The power of exercise

-How to be silent

-& finding a creative outlet

I hope you enjoy the episode and the new angle this podcast is going in. This is all a learning curve for me and I'm excited for you all to come along for this new chapter!!

Remember to like, rate the podcast and share with someone who needs to hear this today. Lots of love xxx

-The cycle of change

-Ways to build a strong mindset

-The story you tell yourself every day and how to change the narrative

-Managing anxiety and your mental health

-Running

-and of course expect a lot of random, funny things in here too from us

#56: Faith Kundai: Belfast Riots, Representation & Using Your Voice

Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode 🫶🏾This week we have the amazing Faith Kundai on.

I’ve followed Faith for so long online & am always in awe of her bravery and dedication when standing up for those who aren’t always heard or are facing discrimination and injustices.

Most recently during the unfortunate riots in Belfast, Faith used her platform to speak out against the injustices while always living through them herself.

We cover loads in this episode but if there’s anyone who deserves to share their experience & story it’s her ❤️

We also speak about her recent move to Valencia for a year to teach, how she maintains a long distance relationship and her hair routine 😍

Thanks so much for listening and if you enjoy feel free to share with a friend or family member who might need to hear this x
