The Iowa Blue Ribbon Foundation - part of a group behind the state fair - decided to get in on the a piece of the on-a-stick action through their own concoction, the Fair Square. And why not put it on a stick, like everything else? It may not be the most practical conveyance device, as Katrina discovers, but at least it's something different.
