When someone comes from a place of negativity or just taking no accountability, DO NOT MATCH THEIR ENERGY.

It will only be a back and forth to where they then paint you to be the negative person, the person that can't take any comments, or just the person who is the toxic one all because they themselves can not take accountability of their actions or words.

Today is my birthday and I wanted to share this quick little episode with some of my favorite people in the whole world. I wanted to just have them come on and join me to talk about how thankful I have been this past year and how grateful I am to have them in my life.

Hello summer, hello new beginnings, hello flowers.

Did you ever have someone throw dirt at you? Not really throw dirt, but like the kind that makes you ask what is wrong with people? What did I do? Do they need a hug?

From December until now I have had dirt thrown at me and you know what... this girl has flowers blooming, still budding, and forever growing.

I did something and I made it happen. I put it out in the universe and she answered. I continued to write my story the way I wanted it to be because that's what matters most.

I jumped and landed.

One thing I know for sure is that when you are at the highest part before you make it, it is so darn hard! I also know many are waiting to "catch" you, but the catch is more like a drop.

Change your perspective, energy level, and know that rotten fruit will fall on it's own. Allow your energy to move continuously to where you need it to go versus how those who don't want you to do well try to alter it.
