Life is full of ups and downs. When challenging experiences inevitably arise, you’ll want to be ready to rise to the occasion. Your ability to bounce back after a transition or hardship determines whether most of your life is enjoyable and meaningful or troublesome and frustrating.

This idea can be summed up in one word: resilience. The more resilient you are, the quicker you’re able to re-adjust to a situation and move forward in life.

Consider these ideas you think about your own resilience:

Try these ideas to get started:

1. Reflect on the tough times you've had before. Ask yourself how you got through it. What did you do? What did you think? What did you tell yourself? Your resilience will become evident as you do this exercise and give you real hope for the future in dealing with other obstacles.

.

• Recognize that you've made it through those difficult situations. Then think about what you're experiencing right now. Is the current situation similar to or much different from your other tough times? Use what you've learned from your past challenges.

.

2. Learn to talk to yourself in positive, encouraging ways. This will help you build up your inner strength.

• As if speaking to your own best friend, tell yourself what will most help and encourage you. What do you most want to hear? What do you need to hear to help gather your strength? Is there something specific you're hoping will happen?

• Talking to yourself with respect, care and positivity builds your inner strength so it's there when you need it. When the going gets tough, you'll have yourself to fall back on.

Avoid underestimating the impact of your self-image on other areas of your life. To reach your full potential, you must respect yourself and believe you can do great things.

Failure has touched the lives of everyone at some point. Because of this fact, you know how horrible it can make you feel. No wonder you strive to avoid it at all costs!  But the problem is that this fear of failure can become one of your biggest life fears.

Fear of failure is a fear of the great unknown. You don't know what's truly out there, and so you're scared. You might even be tempted to give up entirely in order to avoid failure. You'll soon realize that not trying at all is the ultimate failure because there is no way to win without trying.

How can you overcome this fear and gain the confidence you need to seek the life you desire?

1. Imagine the worst case scenario. Of course, you should spend time imagining everything turning out well, but it actually helps to imagine the worst case as well. This is because, while horrible, imagining the worst case gives your fears a face. Your fears are then no longer the unknown and they may not be quite as scary.


• When you figure out the worst thing that can happen, you just might realize that the most a failure can do is to delay your ultimate goal. But if you can figure out how to get past this possible delay, you're back on track!

Many articles are also being written about money how habits and attitudes have changed over the zombie pandemic as well. As recently as this past week, June 2021, Charles Schwab put out the Modern Wealth Survey to ask Americans how much money they need to feel happy.

What doesn't surprise me is how the concept of wealth to keep you poor continues to invade your B.S.(Belief System). ALL global citizens, feel they need $1.1M to feel happiness. Well guess what? This will require a person to continue to stress out and stay in debt trying to achieve a wealth level with a B.S. which requires you to work work work until you die and still not realize your magnificence.

.

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 This MENTAL STRESS habit is formed out of seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. This aspect of the mind cannot be changed. However, we can change how people perceive pleasure as internal values and pain as a loss of those values. That’s when emotional habits truly begin to change, allowing us to form well-rounded outcomes in the process.

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 I want to share with you how people get wrapped up in low self-esteem and low confidence. I also want to point out how there is a simple way to address this by looking at your self-worth. So I'd like to show you the differences between the two and how each one affects the other.

So people's self-esteem is about their actions on a daily basis. How one acts in the outside world and what we decide to do with our lives. People have a tendency to compare themselves to others and when this starts to happen one begins to degrade themselves. 

.

By comparing ourselves to others we look down and start to feel we are not as good as those we compare with. The laundry list is long, and one starts to think we are not as good as the others, have the same kind of lifestyle, the relationships, car, bank accounts, house. This is the type of pressure one puts on themselves on a daily basis.

Eventually we start to believe how others perceive us and definitely how we perceive ourselves. If you take a hard look at this behavior, it's about everything that is OUTSIDE of oneself, NOT, what is INSIDE of oneself.

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 When I read how defeated teachers are due to every A thru Z reason on the planet, I start to wonder what is the best way for me to provide them with a solution to trigger that BELIEF that they actually have self worth.


No matter how much you wish to achieve something, or how hard you try to battle the educational systems gauntlet, you're not gonna win. If you do not really believe it then take a hard look at the historical facts of the 99 percentile of global teacher who struggle with mental health issues. 


You are limiting your own chances of success due to your B.S.(Belief System). A teachers B.S. is subconscious and no matter how much you voice your distaste for what is an unfair profession, the very LIMITED BELIEF you have is killing your educator dreams.


👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 Limiting belief is - a belief which limits your ability to achieve your objective. Now, you may think that nurturing the revolving long list of issues and complaints will get you the solution you WISH FOR, accept this reality, it will NOT!


Replacing the limiting belief with a belief that supports you in your pursuit of your goals is a solution that is giving teachers a way out of this mental break down and desire to quit what you once loved to do with a passion. Stop TEACHING and start EDUCATING!

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 I was looking for some kind of change last year at the beginning of the zombie pandemic and my thoughts were as traditional as apple pie. Completely in a comfort zone and unwilling to explore areas of discomfort so I could grow and explore opportunities for myself online. Whether it is moving from your current circumstance to a slightly better place, or to totally transform your life to a new level, complacency is a killer of forward progress. 


I found that I have plenty of educational and life experience to offer and create a new path in life that makes me feel fulfilled. With so many public opinions about how to make money online, few focused on a true solution to help me get started. In fact they mostly talk about the instant gratification of making money in 30 days. I did fall for that shit a couple of times a few years back.


👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 What I needed most was to optimize my mindset and adapt habits to help me have the outcomes I desired as an online educator.  I did buy an amazing 30 day challenge with ClickFunnels and learned how to market myself. That is definitely one thing I strongly recommend all educators do. I paid $100 for this 30 day challenge and found myself inundated with new ways to monetize my educational experience. 


I struggled and adapted the NO QUIT mentality to make it happen. Yet, I was not monetizing online and feeling frustrated. Believe me when I tell you that we are our own worst enemies and the self talk we give ourselves is defeating at a deep level. Just the same I DID NOT QUIT on myself. I kept learning and realized that for me personally, my way of thinking was keeping me from achieving my goals. I came a cross a bool called The New Psychology of Success and their I found the starting point of my limitations to succeed.

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 Before zombie pandemic 1.0, most everyone on the planet went on their merry ways and complacency was shrouded with daily life routines and activities. Then it happened, the zombie panic and the lockdowns and the downgrading of one's lives started to rear it's ugly head. People started to realize their bad attitudes and low energies, anxieties, fear of everything etc.


Peoples B.S. (Belief System) became the #1 movie of the year and the sequel is still playing to an international audience. Facebook communities are inundated with those nurturing the same problems and very little is being talked about solutions. 


So why all the sudden panic to this reality?


I spent the first 6 months of 2020 looking for solutions to my impending doom just so I can pivot with the NEW WORLD ORDER. Just so I can learn to shift my B.S.(Belief System) towards, SUCCESS. Many people globally hunkered down and shifted as well by become entrepreneurs and monetizing their life experiences. Yet, the majority continue to hold out and blame it on the world and their mothers for the mental stress which this zombie pandemic is causing them.


👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 I invested in myself like mucho other personas gratas and have learned to survive this pandemic. I have invested in my personal development and my B.S.(Belief System) with a desire to LIVE and be abundant. I have invested in myself to contribute to the lives of others and creating a bridge they can safely cross onto this new era. 


I invested in my personal development and you best believe that is the best investment you will make in your entire life.

Whether a situation is happening or you’re imagining or remembering it, the brain reacts the same by producing the neurochemicals that make you feel an emotional response. This means that if you are afraid of something, whether it’s public speaking, bringing up a difficult conversation, or riding in an airplane, you can use visualization to practice exposure mentally.

What this really means is that if you are feeling terrible or you are doing something that is not getting you results, you need to shift your perspective. Your B.S.(Belief System).


👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 Part of the first step in the ABCDEF process is to identify how you are interpreting the situation or activating event. This usually means what assumptions and judgments are you making about the situation? Once you identify what you are inferring or the perspective you are taking of the situation you can dispute it — meaning you can find another way of looking at and interpreting the situation.


So, what is perspective anyway?


As I keep reading and learning from the Human Mind eBook, I want to share with you the insights of what your perspectives are like. Imagine you’re standing on the top of a hill, back to back with your friend. In front of you, at the bottom of the hill, is a collection of dilapidated homes. Their roofs are covered in tattered tarps from leaks that were never fixed. There are heaps of trash along the street, and a group of young children are running together in bare feet kicking a deflated soccer ball. Your heart hurts as you observe the extreme poverty that these children live in. You say to your friend, who is standing behind you facing the other direction, can you believe this? It’s so sad!

The ‘old ways’ of handling doubt are clearly not working, and for those of us on the edge - finding solutions for our own mental health struggles has led many to some

revealing findings.


We admit it to ourselves that we are looney toons and Roger Rabbit may possibly be someone's real uncle. 


The ‘new way’ of mental care is one where we learn to care for ourselves, care for our humanity, in a nurturing, loving ways. The way we are MEANT to fuel and heal our brains is coming to the surface.


👨‍🎓 👩‍🎓No more medications, drugs, alcohol, or dead-end-streets. We are taking our mental health into our own hands - reclaiming the power we forgot we had. For those who have started to tap into our innate wisdom, it has often led to healing nothing short of profound. And for many of us, our desire to show others what we learnt and help them heal too has led us to invest time, energy and money into training to be an empowerment thinking coach.


Armed with our studies and ALOT of new information, we head out in to the world to tell EVERYONE all about how magnificent we truly are .... And to our own shock, no one is listening.

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 There are 4 common ways that your mental twin nags you with negativity.  You can easily catch your twin in the act of sabotage and catch it in the act. When you notice your twin thinking one of these types of negative thoughts, simply observe it. Don’t judge or criticize your twin because if you do, you'll be encouraging your inner voice to come in the back door again. 


1. Self-Limiting. When my twin is trying to limit me, he says things like “it’s too hard, I can’t do this” or “it’s too risky” or “I don’t have time”. Ultimately, my twin likes making excuses. This is even more common if you lean toward having a fixed mindset. When you believe your abilities are fixed and you believe failing means you are a failure, the best way to avoid humiliation is to not try at all, which is what excuses are for, aren’t they? Your twin tries to shut down possibilities and solutions before you even get started.


2. Assumptions. Mr. Twin believes he's always right and that he's psychic. He likes to think he can read other people’s minds and assume what they’re thinking and feeling. He likes to jump to conclusions and make snap judgments. Look out for your Mr. Twin saying things like “everyone will talk about me”, I made a fool out of myself”, “she doesn’t like me”.


Your inner critic is making up stories that aren’t even true. Once you know this, you won’t fall for it so easily.
